Maan got nothing,how strange cvs should have cleared dat NT got nothing
but dev said to NT dat she got something but not everything becoz geet is d malkin

Maan did not have 49% shares. He gave ALL, or most, of his shares to Geet, as he was the major shareholder. Dev/Annie/Daadi will own some 20-30% together and the rest will be owned by the board of directors and probably the public.

ALL the shares of such a huge company cannot be owned by just two people, so basically Maan had no shares to begin with, technically, so NT got nothing. Or if she did it was the very little Maan may have kept in his own name.

It shows how much he considers Geet an extension of himself. He knows that her owning everything doesn't really make a difference but probably did it as a formality, for safety. Abhishek Bachan does the same thing in Guru.

Maan firstly owned 51 percent shares which he transferred to geet.. Kc is a public company so maan cant hv all shares of it..it belongs to bod and general public as well.. Anyways maaneet are one..if its in geet ka name or maan ka makes no difference...as regards pammi is concerned even if the papers are signed it takes a lot of time to get it transferred..some formalities and all..anyways if anyone signed under coercion or threat to life..he can avoid the contract.. It cant be legally forced...

kurana's yani geet kurana only k.m. 51% and other directors yani this pvt co. outsiders 49%
