I believe Geet is still unique that can run longer. There is no need to end it, many plots can unfold or new tracks can be developed.

yes I agree that everything need to come to end but I do not think GEET is ready or has reached at the point where it needs to end.

Those who dont enjoy it anymore have the liberty to use the remote and move on to other shows instead of coming here and telling people who still love the show to let it go...I am not sure what pleasure they derive out of the whole thing!!!

Anyone who feels the show has lost it's essence needs to watch today's episode!!!!! They must also watch last week's episodes...if they still feel the show should end and does not have any story left, then they need to watch SP or Colors show to understand what should end and what should stay.

Revamp doesn't mean every shows should end...a better strategy would be to have a mix of old and news shows. GHSP has always been a family drama with Maaneet's love story...there are many stories/tracks that can come post October. I am sure the creatives have a lot of exciting stories for us to watch!!! So I look forward to watching GHSP much beyond October becoz I love the show and I love Maaneet!!!!

I am not sure why people keep harping about the ending the show. It will end when it has to and majority of us feel there is still a lot more to come, many stories to tell before GHSP ends!!!!

If the channel or the PH want to end it...let them come in open and say it!!! Talking in sly doesn't work!! We need official statements from them, not spokespersons!!!!!!!!!!

Today's episode was simply awesome!!! everything was perfect!! the current track is going great guns so where is the need to end this show???

@Nihu...this is your opinion and you are entitled to it but i'm sure the majority of fans don't want this.This is not because we are ''emotionally weak'' and can't let go but because we genuinely believe that there's still a lot of potential in this show.

We are not fighting to save this show because we want to prove that '' we as audience can hold on a show, when an authority wants to end it'' but because we want to assure them that the viewers still love the show and feel that there are loads of interesting tracks that can still be explored.

As viewers isn't it our right and duty to give genuine feedback? We have always praised the PH when required. But now when we see the step motherly treatment they dole out to their first born, we will naturally raise our voice against it. If they get praise, they should be ready to receive the criticism too!!!

Yes, the show will end some day but when most of us feel that ending it now is premature we'll fight to save it. That's exactly what's happening here. Everybody here is mature enough to know how much of their time and energy to invest.

Its completely your choice if you want to walk out now but please do not wish for a show's end because there are many here who are not yet ready to part with it and believe in its potential...😊

every human being spends their better life working and they keep on doing it till the legal age for retirement is thrust on their face...when you produce a show 100s of people are attached to it who earn their bread and butter from it daily wages...their job does not come with perks but the money handed to them everyday and they pray day in and day out that their source of income should not be taken away

when a show ends these 100s go unemployed ...and these 100s are not ur favorite actors but the little people who make it possible for you to watch this show day in and day out on television...so the lamest possible excuse anyone can come up with is that they are tired unless of course all of these people did come across and whisper in the ears of various sources floating around the forum and FB,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

stop thinking for them ,they are all capable of doing that and are very well aware of their jobs and timings and hard work and the money the get...nothing is easy to come...we all work hard ..

as far GHSP is concerned ..it still has loads of potential and with time is getting better and better...a daily soap never loses its charm within a year ...hence it is called a soap...

and yes it will one day end and that day may be any day so let the PH and channel decide for it and come out with a statement ...there is no need to push the button for people who can do it for themself

as we have been preached and repeatedly advised

...if you feel the show should end you have the option of picking up your remote and switching the channel

given a choice none of us would want it to end ... however, if the rumor has come up i am just mentally preparing myself for the eventuality ...!!!

mujhe show se koi zyatti dushmani nahi hai ... lekin, agar news aaya hai ke ye show band hone waala hai, maine bas apne ehsaas bayan kiye hai kyunki yahan pe bahut negativity ho rahi thi .. aur yeh show band ho jayega toh main kis forum main yeh sab likhoongi ...😛

As much as the PH and the channel are in this for monetary gain, it is also their creative work. They want it to be appreciated, loved and have the integrity that they started it off with. I respect it if they believe their creative vision has been fulfilled. These are the people who created the show, created Maan and Geet, created the world we inhabited for half an hour each day and I think they would know what is best for the story and characters.

sadly, in the creative arena everyone but the creatives get the free ground to play on.. esp in online forums the innate details of why what is what is always ignored in the name of concern and good wishes ...so yes, considering makers are humans and wanting anything natural is a sin!

I don't think I am any less of a fan for believing that if Geet ends, whenever it does end, it will be for the best. The PH wants to make sure that a journey that started off so beautifully ends with the same grace. We as fans have no idea of the logistics that go into coming up with a story line, incorporating all the side characters, allotting the correct time to each of them and making sure each episode goes smoothly. I maintain that they know better and whatever decision they make, I will respect it and continue to love Geet and cherish it as a wonderful period of my life.

Thats all i want to say !! end it while people are still craving for more .. how much can one take ideas, suggestions and requests on a day to day basis in the name of love and concern .. I mean its all good, because it comes out of good intentions, but its a very sweet way of slapping someone and later saying straighten up !!

Much like you said, Geet came into my life in a time of great confusion and it provided support, escape, peace and a little bit of magic! Anything else I was confused about, I knew I could look forward to 9:30, where Maan and Geet would be safe, beautiful and in love and everything would be right with the world. I would hate to see anything compromise that essence of the show, especially forcing creative individuals to continue with an idea that they were not convinced about anymore.

DITTO !!I attribute many goods and very little bad to Geet, in every possible way and would be really living a life of vacuum for days together if the end happens, but yes, i want to cherish good memories not bitter complaints of what should have been !!!i believe in letting go if thats whats best .. but then again thats my thoughts .. and need not necessarily mean its the law of the land !!🤣

I am not saying I want Geet to end, of course I don't. But if it does end I am also, with you, ready to let go. Geet has been a beautiful experience. It has reinforced my belief in true love (I hope that doesn't sound too corny) and made me realise that I shouldn't settle for anything less in my own life! I am going to savour whatever we have left of the show, because I am sure the CVs, who have given us such brilliant work and artistry so far, will not fail us, as long as they are doing what they love.

I got pretty emotional writing this, 😒 but that just goes to show how much I am going to miss this experience when it's gone. But whenever the time comes to move on, I will accept it gracefully as you have.
