It's very simple... when you are playing the video, press the Print screen button on your key board & then go to Paint software installed on your computer & then paste (ctrl+V) the pic there... save the pic in your hard drive & then go to pic hosting site like imageshack & upload the pic there... then you will get direct link to the pic ... on the forum click on pic icon & paste the url there ... image will appear in your post...😃
