Detailed update for Geet HSP for 17th Aug 2011

Hi all Good morning

I am glad to bring you the updates of one of the dreamy episode after a long time...

Here I go...

Part 1:

Early Morning in KM

Maan is walking out with long strides and quickly Geet comes and blocks his way folding her arms across her stomach. She is wearing a beautiful saree.. she says I want to talk to you. Maan comes in front of her and without looking at her says.. Yes what is it... and he stands there with one hand in his pocket... Geet softly comes behind him and with a teasing smile says why were you stealing glances at me? ... Maan fumbles for the words but then turning to her he says with his attitude.. I?? I was stealing glances at you!!! Are you crazy or what?? But Geet is no where to leave him alone she smiles and nods her head.. Geet says oh hello!! you can not hide it behind your fake anger. She then softly laughs being happy and stroking her hair she says I saw you with my own eyes that you were stealing glances at me and happily shake her shoulders. Maan gets little baffled at being caught red handed and says with a mock aggressiveness.. Are you some fairy from the heaven that I will look at you!!.. He says Geet you better get your eyes checked up and turns away from her.. Irritably Geet says my eyes?? And then she taps on his shoulder saying you know in my HP when bus was almost 2 km away I used to read the bus number and you dare to say to get my eyes checked up!! Geet confronts him saying do not lie to me you were looking at me then she says poking her finger on his arms you were looking at me now tell me the truth you were looking at me. Maan gets agitated and turns to Geet with his arms on his waist saying yes I was looking at you so what? Geet was standing near him with her arms folded across her stomach and turns to him and says are you saying so what? So what? Then she makes a crying face saying what would have happen if you gave me your nazar? Maan says agitated Nazar? Geet innocently nods her head and touches her cheeks and joins her palms looking up at babaji.. then she taps his arm again and says yes.. did you see your eyes they are as big as laddoos of diwali and if they fall on some one they will be flat on their back in no time???... Maan says really? Let me tell you something.. You know nazar only can touch the human being but you.. saying he starts to walk away from her but she runs after him saying who am I? who am I and she comes on his side and extending her arm in front of him blocks his way.. Maan stops in his track and looks at her arm in front of him. He says menacingly Geet let me go. Geet takes a step with him still blocking his way saying I won't let you go just like that. She says you have given me the nazar so now you will have to take it off... Maan almost screams at her saying nazar?? She nods her head. Maan says Is your brain working ok?? still she nods her head grinning at him then right away she is ready for action throwing her saree on her shoulder she goes behind him to take out his wallet.. Maan gets so irritated says this insolent girl and tries to save his wallet from being pulled out of this pocket but Geet already pulls it out... and opening it she pulls out a bill and then to take off the nazar she rotates the bill on her head to toes and grins while Maan stands there fuming at her.. She then talking to herself says what did babaji say... oh yea it should be donated to some needy people and then turning to maan she pulls his arm and puts the bill in his plam. Maan was so furious he says oh a needy person.. Do I look like some needy person to you? Then his hand quickly goes forward to grab his wallet from her hand but Geet quickly pulls her hand from his reach and hides it behind her back and Maan tries to take it from her hand and his arms go around Geet's waist and she gets trap in his arms.. She tries to wiggle free saying Maan Maan.. but they both freeze at that moment and just look in to each others eyes.. Geet then looks down and then lifts her eyes but Maan was still looking at her eyes as if mesmerized. Softly Geet wiggles and tries to break free and Maan registers that action and let go his arms around her and then turns his back to her.. Geet breaks the awkwardness of the situation the wallet still in her hand she says what limitations are you talking about? Let me tell you one thing this house is mine... this family is mine so I will do whatever I want to do... Maan says with the same attitude but remember that this house and this family is mine first and turning toward her as if winning the argument with her he says softly going near her... and don't you forget one thing that I brought you in this family... hmm.. Geet softly smiles at him and says with a soft voice when did I deny that.. I always say that you brought me in this family... Maan looks at her sweet face... Geet completes her sentence saying by making me the daughter in law of the famly. Maan starts to walk out saying listen Geet I do not want to hear anything you said.. Geet shouts from the back saying you will have to listen to me and so every one has too... Maan stops at those words.. Geet says with her style saying listen from today on ward your rule is not going to work with me because Geet rules in this house.. at work and then pointing towards his heart she says and even in your heart... Only Geet Singh Khuran will reign. Maan listens with increasing irritation.. and then Geet waves his wallet in front of his face and says even on your wallet... Maan tries to grab his wallet saying give me back my wallet but Geet quickly takes it back.. Maan says I will see to that . Turning her back toward him Geet stands with the folded arms across her stomach and says with an attitude you may see.. Maan turns toward her and glares at her from behind her then he also turns his back.. they stand back to back and Maan says with an emphasis I will see to that.. Geet turns her face to look at him and then giving him an attitude she quickly walks away with his wallet.. and Maan shouts at her departing back for his wallet and then getting frustrated he straightens his jacket and walks out...

Part 2:

In the decorated living room Jmama and lucky are relaxing on sofa.. Lucky is trying to work on his biceps with a flower vase and Jmama is sipping from his container.. Mamu says at last the God is graceful to the plea of us chacha and bhatija.. (that is uncle and nephew but on dad's side... where as Mama and bhanja is on mom's side) Lucky still working out says chacha?? And he smiles saying then chacha what happen so great today. Mamu says you know there is so much tasty food is being prepared in the kitchen and the aroma from the kitchen makes me hungry. At that time Dev walks in the foyer with NT's red saree.. He recalls Nando's word telling him what NT told her to help in pressing her saree.. He gets angry but a smile comes on his face with a plan.. Lucky and mamo are being happy with the news of good food.. Lucky says we will have lots of fun today. Dev listens to them and turns to walk toward them with a smirk. He sits on nearby sofa saying what happened mamaji what kind of aroma are you getting.. Mamu says son the aroma is of tasty food and my weakness is to eat. Lucky points at his container and says and the second one is drinking.. mamu says no the drinking is the first one. Dev says with a serious smile mamaji this drinking looks ok but you cannot have any part in eating today.. Maamu says but why.. Dev says precisely that today the food arrangement is only for the ladies and then he signals lucky to get included in the ploy. Lucky says yes mamu all know about this don't you?and then winks at Dev.. Mamu gets upset saying how is it possible? how can anyone have food for ladies only and not for men this is injustice to all men I will take this to the court. Dev says no mamaji you do not need to go to the court we could resolve your problem right here and lucky says yes surely.. Mamu was happy asking how? And Dev signals them to come near and goes forward tell them his plan secretly. Hearing Lucky laughs and mamu somehow looks getting agree to the plan...

Maan walks in his room with reall angry stride and jerks his hands with anger and throws the bill Geet gave him on the floor murmuring... who does she think she is.. then keeping his arm on his waist he seethes with anger saying she is trying to be real Mrs. Khurana.. Geet comes at the door and sees his anger display.. he mumbles furiosly saying she called me needy?? And was asking me to take off her nazar...Geet smiles outside the door. Once again Maan concludes that she has been spoiled by dadima's too much love. She has forgotten who she is and she is challenging me?? Once let this Teej festival get concluded and I will see how she tries to be my wife.. Geet tumbles on the table near the door and quickly straightens it and moves out of the way quickly hiding as if not to get caught by Maan. Maan quickly turns at the sound and almost runs to see near the door but sees nobody and comes back to his room still mumbling saying this silly geet and her relatives... they all will drive me nuts and then he pulls the chair near the table and sits looking at his computer. Geet comes back at the door to watch him again says with a smile that today Maan is murmuring all alone it will be fun to rattle him more.. Let me go and get ready and put sindoor... dadima must be waiting for me saying she pulls herself back from the door and leaves him alone to look at his computer...

Nayan Tara is walking and fuming and saying she has search the whole house but she does not know where nando kept her saree.. and she sees nando passing and she calls her with a sweet smile. Nadno comes near and asked her what is it.. NT asks her about the saree and nando tells her that Dev took it from her and said he will arrange for the ironing. NT smiles at her and says oh that is ok then I will ask Dev you can go.. Nando smiles and walks out.. NT starts mumbling and Dev comes from behind her.. she says Why did Dev take the saree from Nando and here I am waiting for the saree like crazy.. Dev stands behind and listens to that... NT was about to say Dev and turns and almost bumps in to him. She gives him an hostile stare but Dev looks at her nonchalantly and looking at his phone sits on the chair nearby as if checking the messages.. NT looks at him and goes near him asking Dev where is my saree? Dev does not look at her. She asks again and he keeps on ignoring her.. NT could not take it any longer she screams at him saying Dev I am asking you a question why don't you listen.. Dev then lisfs his gaze to her.. she looks at him really angrily now.. Dev smiles at that and says sarcastically uff what are you doing NT? Are you screaming at me?? With such a hard work you have established your image in front of bro as helpless and victimized woman and if you screame like this your impression would be down in no time. NT says with gritted teeth so you are doing all this purposely to torture me. Dev scoffs at her and says absolutely as this is the only way your real face will come in front of bro and once again he starts looking at his phone. Frustrated NT jerks her arms and says angrily oh really... you should definitely forget about that but just tell me where my saree is.. Dev slowly stands up and says ohh you should forget about that saree and I think you should wear something else today.. At his insolent answer NT's mouth just hangs open.. and Dev stars walking away... NT stops him saying one minute Dev to harras me you have hidden my saree??.. Dev turns to her with a stern face saying do you now realized what is the meaning of the word harrasment.. He adds when you were bothering Nandini then you did not realized what you were doing? Dev continues... you gave saree to nandini for press even though there were so many servants in the house. As if the impact of that sentence sinks in to her brain she keeps looking at Dev with little amazement and wide eyes and then the crooked smile comes on her face and she says oh God now I understand that all this was because of Nandini.. Dev stares her with an angry frown.. NT says with a smile ufff you must have felt really bad right? that I gave saree to nandini to press. Then she slowly walks near Dev and stokes his face with a pointed finger and brings her palm near his heart saying oh so Dev, Did Nandini come real close to you heart? But before she spreads her palm on his chest Dev grabs her hand angrily and jerks it away from him and starts to walk away.. but NT was not leaving him alone says Dev did you really give your heart to her.. Dev stands there with pursed lips.

Part 3:

NT laughs at him saying Dev you have been a flirt all your life but my God Nadnini? What happened to your choice? Dev turns at her taunts and says calmly.. Choice? NT my choice was worse and that totally wipes the smile off her face and Dev smirks at that and softly says but now it has improved a lot.. then smiling at her shocked expressions he finally walks out of there and NT stands there looking after his departing back with socked expressions which turns in to rageful one and she just jerks her arms in anger...

Evening at KM...

The preparation of the Teej is almost done a servant was keeping the puja thali on the center table..

Nando is in purplish blue suit talking to dadima and Dev is coming down the stairs in a nice red with gold embroidery outfit. The smile comes on his face when he sees Nando talking to dadima and his trademark music plays in BG.. He stands there staring at Nando.. NT walks from the other side of the room with puja tray and keeping it on the table she moves toward dadima and going forward and calling dadima she bends and touches her feet. Dadima just keeps her hand on her.. NT gets up and sees Dev in the background. Dev thinks he should ask forgiveness from Nando for what NT did to her. NT stands there but Nando and dadima keeps talking to each other.. and she observes that. Suddenly Lucky calls dadima to come and check all the preparation for puja and if anything is needed then they can arrange for that and dadima moves toward the central stage to check and NT walks after her but then she sees Dev approaching Nando and she turns and calls Dev? Dev looks at her she says Dev tell me how do I look in this saree? Dev smiles sheepishly and Nando looks down.. NT sees Nando...s expressions and goes for kill... she says Nandini didn't you keep the fast? Then giving a sarcastic look she adds with a smirk for a better husband? Dev frowns at her question. Nando politely answers her saying No she does not need to keep the fast. NT asks saying why? Nando says calmly I never want to get married. With stricken expressions Dev looks at Nando and NT looks pleased at that and looks at Dev sarcastically but Nando excuses herself and walks between them with the tray of flowers to go go Dadima. Looking Pensive Dev looks at her back and NT walks toward dadima too. Suddenly the lights go off... Lucky says oh why this light is off at this time. Dadima says I do not think the electricity is off ... Look outside there is a light there it must be the fuse of our house. Then she calls Dev and asks him to look in to that, as it is almost time for the guest to arrive. Dadima then says let me check on Geet what is keeping her..

Part 4:

Jmama enters the kitchen wearing NT's sarees and searches for food but finds nothing in the container. Dadima comes with the torch looking for Geet but sees and says it does not look like Geet then she asks who is there. J mama was in fix so he says in feminine voice saying she is the neighbor. Dadima asks for the details and Mama makes some name and dadima catches on the word Sharma and tells her what she was doing in kitchen J mama says I came to help in the kitchen and the preparation of food but dadima tell her that everything is ready and will be serve after the puja is concluded. J mama feels disappointed but dadima invites her to come in the living room J mama says ok and without eating anything had to get out of there. Dadima then says ok now I need to search Geet.

Geet is in her room saying oh gosh the lights had to off now at this time and how am I going to search for my sindoor.. Then she tries to fumble in dark but does not find it she turns to get something and almost bumps in to Maan who walks in with a lighted lighter.. He looks gorgeous with navy blue embroidery outfit... Geet looks at that and feels happy. Maan averts his eyes from her happy penetrating one and says I heard some noises in the dark so came to cheek.. by the way what are you doing here alone in the dark. Geet softly says I was searching for my sindoor.. Maan says without looking at her listen go downstairs with every one and when light comes then come and search for it. Geet looks at him and says softly today is the Teej I will not go outside with my empty forehead. I will apply sindoor then only leave my room. Maan turns his face and looks at her ethereal face and could see devotion and love oozing from her eyes. She says softly if you do not mind then could I borrow your lighter? Gravely Maan says hmmm Geet takes the lighter and the flame goes off. She tires to put it on but could not.. Maan looks at her futile attempts and extends his hand and flicks the flame on.. They keeps on looking at each other Maan looks totally stricken by Geet and Geet as if in 7^th heaven by this sudden assistance of Maan who came for her out of blue wearing blue.. He asks softly where have you kept? She says softly what? He says sindoor... Geet says oh and indicates the place where she kept it... Maan moves forward and slowly approaches her dressing table to get the box for her. He bends and picks up the little box.. Geet sees that and her heart as if flutters with joy then a tender smile comes on her face and her eyes gets teary... Maan walks toward her and keeps the box softly in her extended palm and then softly pulls back his hand slightly touching her fingers in process... Geet lifts her teary eyes to look at him. He just stares at her.. Geet then takes the box and walks toward mirror while Maan holds the flame for her. Geet takes the pinch and closing her eyes so reverently applies the sindoor in her maang.. With wonderment in his eyes Maan observes this whole process with a very intense expressions... Geet softly turns to him... his suhagan... his love... his wife with a tender smile as if for his approval and stands there looking at him in the light of the flame.. Maan looks at her and just cannot take his eyes away from her... Geet feels as if babaji has given her Maan back to her... Maan then points his finger at the dusting of sindoor on her nose. Geet tries to see on herself at what Maan is pointing toward but could not understand. She asks with her eyes what is it?.. but the moments were so full of love and adoration that words were not needed between them.. Maan softly walks toward her as if he gets automatically pulled toward her and coming close to her he lifts his hand and delicately with his finger wipes the sindoor from her nose and rubs his finger tips on her nose couple of time to clean it. Geet is so overwhelmed by his tender touch that she just closes her eyes as if to capture the moment then softly she opens her eyes to look at him.. He was looking at her with that intense expressions as if we could feel that he will just remember something and tell her something automatically.

Precap:

Maan suddenly breaks his eye contact with Geet and says softly dadima must be calling you downstairs for the rituals of Teej and he walks out of her room.. Geet thinks loudly that dadima must be waiting for the rituals.. Then she says with a teary voice.. Maan I have already celebrated my Teej.. You have touched me and I have found my God today...

Oh Man!! Wonderful wonderful episode...

Just so full of Maaneet... and I just loved it...

The opening incident was awesome.. This innocent masti of Geet which drew Maan in the first place and he is being drawn again by her innocent acts..

Love the scene with NT and Dev but NT got another weapon against Dev and that is Nando.. she will definitely create a seen proving Naando is after her husband.

The last scene was sooo dreamy the wiping of sindoor reminded me the wiping of tears after Kurban huva dance... just so beautiful and the words of Geet in precap just brought tears in my eyes...

Drashti and Gurmeet were fantastic as always... Sameer and NT were great as well

Lucky, Mama and Nando are there but without much use of there talents but they are useful once in awhile specially the blunders of Mamaji helps Geet once in a while.. the great investigator...
