The apparent possibility If Maneet die and get reincarnation, THE OLD MANEET flavors that once, make everybody goes insanely hooked to it, will goes down the drain. The same jodi and the feeling we have for them will be decreasing because deep down inside our heart , their previous dead will keep haunting and searching for the old one through the new one.
this has been my biggest problem since the time i heard of the track ... I like Maan and Geet for who they are and what they have gone onto become in our lives ... why does mahi evoke a million emotions in us, it is because, the memory of how Maan looked at that innocent little angel falling asleep on his office chair stirred unknown emotions in a stone cold man ... it was the resistence there after each time he saw her, and the inner struggle thro the tai chi sessions and the innumerous times he let her get away with what she did, even though he wouldnt have allowed it otherwise and then realisation of his feelings for her, and accepting her for who she is, what she is and loving her all the same and more ... is what constituted mahi ...
we didnt think Maan was dictating terms to Geet when he said samjhi tum, we knew somewhere he wanted her to side him, he wanted her to understand where she was coming from ...!!
we related to the emotion.. we related to the Maan who fell in love with Geet and gradually realised she was his world ... we related to the Maan singh Khurana who said he wanted Geet in every birth, that didnt mean, we wanted to know what they would be like in another birth ... we just knew, they would live their life happily ever after and take another birth to fulfill the unfinished after of their sweet love story !!!😳
What if the new version does not work according to what we expected.? Trps go down to dead road and fans that once who are willing to bared with this illogical reincarnation track in order to watch gurti together always suddenly vanished as well. I have seen it happening before and speak from experience.
DMG was never DMG after the shoot out... imagine it survived post three changes in riddhimas ... but the moment they brought in new characters no one wanted to see it ... even though Sid was a darling, no one wanted him to come in the way of AR ... and then they had to mess it all up, only to bring them together in the end ...sometimes i fail to understand this .. lets presume Maaneet are re-born, how many people will have the patience to wait to see them get together ... they wont obviously be born with the feeling that they need to get together ... even if they do, the setting up of the entire characters will distort what we already have in our head .. people have hated me for saying this time and again, but i say, end it while it still has a story to tell... dont kill it, bury it and then dig it open once more ... its too exhausting ...😕
What i am trying to justify here, don't push this show into danger zone. I don't believe Reincarnation is the ONLY OPTIONS to make the show survived. I don't mind like other serials, GHSP likewise going through Memory lost track and like usual they presented it in different and very unique ways .We all enjoy watching it now but that does not mean by they should add reincarnation to their list .
may be they visualised it like in the case of OSO .. but the point is, will they be able to show it convincingly ... and even if they do, i come back to my prev point, will the audience have the patience to wait for them to meet and fall in love .. even if they do, it would mean they wanna see Gurti and not Maaneet ... and wad if they are not called Maan and Geet at all in the next season .. and are called your username ...😛😆 will we still relate to them the same way? it will be very hard ...
As far as i can recall, they did mention it long time ago, the concept of GHSP , the story-line that they were trying to portray were based on real events in other words, REALITY and wanted to spread the message to each one of girls out there who has experienced it. In essential, if Reincarnation happens, GHSP will lost the real logics and nobody can relate to it anymore because in real life there is no such reincarnation. And GHSP will only remain as fictional ordinary love-story like others.
logic toh is long gone ... ab magic bhi chala jayega ... like one of my friends said, GHSP is a real story .. we dont see people dying and being re-born !! Geet was never shown as one of those hard core dramas anyway .. why do it now ...
In Dev scenario, honestly i have seen worst than him in my real life and that person i have known almost my entire life was given second chance and honor only because he willingly to be responsible for his sins. Forgive somebody is easier to do but to forget what they have done is a big deal and it was quite apprehensive at first, watching geet and dev sudden bonding . But that's reality, that's what real life is a. Perhaps, we are living in a big harsh world . I have known somebody who got married to a rapist and they are happily married now ,even though it was toughest phase for the girl to accepted that kind of 'Creature' if i may call it . People can go desperately to the highest extent to achieve fame, job,money and love . In any case, Geet is one of the luckiest girl because she doesn't have to put up or carry forward her life with dev . She found Maan Singh Khurana, a man that every girl heart desires dream of to have in life.

If law and order even God can give second chance why not we as human do the same thing. It is easy to say things, put your emotions in words than to experienced it yourself . I am just like everybody else who is not in Geet shoes, who is totally against and disgusted by this turning twist that cvs presented but maybe they have solid reasons for it which we don't know or failed to understand.
its a show at the end of the day for lords sake !!! when things not fit in, they take fictional liberty !!! i have waited for Dev to turn evil many times, when he didnt, i almost accepted he was a decent guy, who had a momentary lapse that caused someone a lifetime ...!! but then again, by forgiving a person who has hurt you so much is your biggest victory !! why do we get so tied down my law ... what are laws? a set of rules that carry sanction? what about humans, their emotions, reactions? wad if someone serves a term of 10 years comes out and commits another murder ...!! and i think the cvs have time and again proved and shown how dev has tried to repent .. so for now i say .. dude, just let him be !! he aint even bothering Maaneet... if you cant see it, and still want to hate him, thats your problem ...!! Maaneet are so happy in their world, they are untouched by everyone else ...
I am just saying, why do we have to conforming to the circumstances or requirements of a situation blindly give it away to the rumors /news that surrounding us like hurricane. I was very amused by some of these groups willingly to accept the reincarnation, requesting to opt for SEASON 2 and they even came up with GHSP being air on Starplus . In other words, they make these rumors turning into requests in spite of all that replies from PH,GEET, Gul khan herself, actors ,even Drashti once have already confirmed it through SBB/SBS that GHSP is not ending anytime soon. What more do we want than to enjoy the current track cheerfully . It's pretty apparent that they must have words with the channel team.
laalach buri bala .. and insecurity .. what if the show ends.. what will happen to their fav leads .. they know from experience, once their favs are out, they wont be able to see them again.. thats why they are clinging onto whatever little they have .. but i would like to pose an open question and challenge to all ... how many of these people will be able to love them the same way or see them out side the garb of Maan Singh Khurana and Geet Handa aka Geet singh Khurana ...!! and then there will be comparisons, there will be petitions... and once the fancy wears out they will blame the cvs once more ...!! its escapism .. you can run away from your problems for the longest time by blaming another, but at the end of the day, what kinda life have you lead if you cant look at yourself in the mirror?
It will be unqualifiedly dumb for both parties to jeopardize their time and money if the show going to end in september.PKYEK and GHSP are the only top shows left for STARONE to keep as their money meters. I am very confident our show going to stay longer if looking back at MJHT and DMG days. Both shows also have had meet dead end,surrounding with a lot kind of rumors and ENDING was part of but wasn't both shows got extended in quite long periods of time.
the question is does the PH want to continue it indefinitely till the channel asks them to shut it? cant they gave the story a beautiful ending and finish the story so that we all remember Geet as that one show that we loved from start to finish .. is that too much to ask for ...
I don't want us(fans) to be the responsible for our own drastic actions of always jump to the conclusion. We all are grown up people who can think wisely ,sensible and intelligent enough to differentiate between REAL AND FAKE . So i sincerely request to all of you whos obsessed with maneet as i am , to please spread your IDEAS,proposal for new track once the current track got over, we get CVS thinking and take it as healthy considerations rather than pushing this no make sense at all, reincarnation track to them. I don't mean to contradict people who are bang on with this reincarnation track. Our beliefs are constantly changing as we discover new things and emotion changes. All i wanted for GHSP & MANEET love story is to be as an example to show that they can survive in its own ways without going through this whole qualm and cliche REINCARNATION phase.
the current track is going fine, maaneet are falling in love again, they are re-discovering so many things about one another ... Maan is looking at Geet as a flawed individual, and Geet to tolerating the brunt of his nasty side .. Maan was never able to be too harsh with Geet from word go, so this phase is for sure interesting to watch.. what with Maan actually bringing NT into the house ...thats something he wud never do otherwise ... i am still stuck on maans pretending to do all this for a reason !!! 😕 that would just solve all problems .. remember MSK saying woh har aansoon ka hisaab sood samaith waapis lega .. toh ab kya hua ??? nows the time to prove it...
My humble request to all, please refrain yourself or anyone else asking others who have shows displeasure about the reincarnation state to QUIT or STOP watching the show. We all must be united and sportingly taking other concerns in healthy way not by pushing them away. Over the years, they have been contributed the trp ratings with their undivided loves for the show and gurti.
Where Gurmeet and Drashti as a couple is concerned, nothing is impossible to see them featuring together in the future. The best closet examples I could give is RAJAT-MUGHDA and KRITIKA-KARAN.
Rajat-Mughdha have came along as jodi for 3rd time in a row. The first one was Prithiviraj Chauhan (starplus), DharamVeer(NDTV) and the new upcoming is TERA CHEHRA JAB NAZAR AAYA(COLORS) and it is beyond than expectations . Gurmeet and Drashti have become hugely popular worldwide. So i am sure if they get another opportunity to work together again with solid storyline that can convinces them to do justice with the roles, they will gracious enough accept it .
Hence, i might get mixed responses but please keep it clean and healthy or just press like button if you guys honestly shares the same beliefs as me.
i dont think Dharam Veer was such a hit. DITTO with KMH 2 ... wanting to see them together is only a momentary desire, but once you do, you will want more .. so this has to stop somewhere ... !! aah likh ke maza aa gaya !!
btw ... after all this ... has the whole RIC track been approved or scrapped off? itni baatein jo humne kar li usko leke ...
