Before she left the house, it was clearly shown that she has no other choice, she is leaving to not hurt him anymore, not only for herself, he accused her, even being him lost memory, but she has feeling, she feel helpless bechchari and in same time her present as she could notice is hurting him...

Infact being her around would only make it difficult for him to feel her importance and remember her, even If she comes back, she should not be like crazy after him, he should take the space to remember too...
