Yup today it really felt like we r watching GHSP ...this is the GC-DD as Maaneet we fell in love with😳😳

Last scene just made me realise that its the Maaneet magic why I m still stuck with this show ..if a proper track and scene is given to GC-DD ..they never fail to create magic😳...today they just made us relive those Maaneet moments again... As soon as Geet started narrating the story ,we saw MSK going into a different world altogether ...in fact both went into a different world and just forgot everything around them ,...MSK looked as if he was hypnotised with Geet's story and he wanted to hear it further😭...he dint even mind Geet resting her head on his shoulder as he was deeply engrossed in her story😳 ...And what made the difference was the old director Maan Singh's touch and vision because he knows his characters well👍🏼 ..he knows the pains and emotions that Maaneet hv gone through ..and so he could visualise perfect emotions for both characters in that last scene⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Even the nok-jhoks and the drunk act of Geet was not over the top or OTT ..it was so beautifully blended with some really crisp direction and dialogue writing👏..and the whole transition from light-comedy in the start to high voltage emotion in the end was perfectly executed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DD has done the best talli act ever. Period.

Her range of emotions throughout the episode were just mindblowing. She made us crack up hard at her talli act and they cry like a baby with Maaneet's Fairytale :'( ... the flashback scenes were spot on .. got me so nostalgic!

GC .. gosh this man and his eyes and his facial expressions! The way he goes from khadoos boss at the beginning .. to seriously annoyed and irritated with the blanket kaada scene and his .. as you call it .. newest takiakalam of BADTAMEEZ LADKI .. he stresses the BADTAMEEZ so hard 🤣 .. to a sort of hypnotized look when Geet narrates their story :)

It was beyond perfect today! Totally in love with it .. I'm sure I'll be watching this one again and again.

I couldn't agree more! Yesterday's episode was the stuff of GHSP legends! I laughed, cried, loved and remembered along with Maan and Geet. It was quite the "emotional roller-coaster"!

I loved the way they used the drunk-girl bit, which in other shows has been over-exaggerated for comedy. They kept just the right balance, having her transition from over-confident and without inhibitions to emotional and and finally sleepy. It was very convincing, even logically speaking. I hate shows where they show the character getting drunk off of one sip of wine or something, which just does not happen, and situations where the character gets drunk and acts completely mad and not like themselves. This was perfect because Geet was herself, just less scared of saying what was on her mind. And of course DD acted the scene to perfection!

I also love my aggressive Geet! We see so much of Maan initiating romantic moments and Geet pushing him away, that I crave the rare occasion when Geet starts things. She was incredibly adorable when she fell into his arms and smiled so sweetly and then when she yanked him on to the bed and just calmly fixed her head onto his shoulder 😃

And what can I say about the story-narration-flashback scene? Only that I have been roaming the forum for the past week saying I hoped this would happen and it did! And it is truly an exciting feeling when you predict something you love for the show and it actually happens! I loved the way she teared up just as she remembered the name "chalti phirti disaster", it was the perfect moment, and the gradual transition of Maan's expression culminating in his asking, "phir kya hua?" showed that the story rang a bell somewhere, if not in his conscious mind. His last expression, which they froze on was completely amazing! It had aspects of confusion, panic and sympathy which is what I love about GC's acting, that he can show more than one emotion simultaneously.

Anyway, I think my sentiments on the episode have been made adequately clear by now! Thanks for a great post!
