How is it possible that it wont interfere with Geets shooting?? He shoots for Geet 12hrs daily... ! Movies r shot in fixed schedules.. u have to allocate a certain chunk of dates.. in each schedule..🤔

I guess the reason to bring in Jugnu n NT are being introed... NT will b chasing Deva & Nano... Jungu chasing MSK for his geeli geeli chummis..!! LoLz

Jokes apart... thanks for sharing.. hope we dun get to see his BD romancing our Gith..!!

lolz, its a brilliant stepping stone, its not easy for newcomers to get a big role in a bollywood film on a first chance. tv actors who hv done bollywood films hv mostly done low budget bollywood films, and sorry to say none of them worked! i think Ronit Roy's Udaan was the only exception! so rather than working in an obscure bollywood movie, which no one is gonna see since the competetion in bollywood is much severe, its always better to opt for regional films. yes in India south and bengali films are very well known, but bhojpuri, punjabi- these r also quite popular. Juhi Chawla has done a few punjabi films as well!😛.i hope Gurmeet's Punjabi movie becomes a huge success, so that he gets noticed in Bollywood, and then ,instead of an obscure movie, he gets a good bollywood film! Indraneel Sengupta was a tv actor, and he started with one bengali film, now he is an established actoe, does not even cm on tv! he is doing films with brilliant directors, all A-class bengali directors, all superb films, most of them much better than bollywood films! Good Luck Gurmeet! I am so happy U got a movie!😛

i know that, tanu, everyone does! jaan tere naam was a block buster, but what happened to ronit's film career after that? we all know. so, i didn't mention it. its only through udaan that ronit has gained importance in films! no one reme,bers jaan tere naam apart from those hilarious fancy dress songs!and whatever they remember, they laugh about that, forget praise. but udaan was really brilliant!

Success of udaan doesnt ensure his longevity...just like jaan tere naam didnt...!! Apart from that...I think regional language movies are a good choice.. look at Madhavan.. from TV to South movies n such successes in them.. n now a successful bollywood star 😛

i really don't know why and on what basis u r arguing with me!😕 😆 i don't think i said that udaan has ensured that ronit has arrived in bollywood! i was giving an example about small screen actors who hv been unable to make it big i by doing their first movie in bollywood, and there hv been quite a few of them in recent years, among them only ronit's udaan has done well, becoz of which he is now smwhat known in bollywood! did i ever say that he has made it big in bollywood! Good Lord, forget Udaan, after 10 years, there is chnce people might forget shahrukh khan! i was just giving an example! no offense sharukh khan fans, u might replace his name with any other actor u want!😆 what i mean is i don't understand why u r arguing with me. and as far as ronit's films in the 90s are concerned, again i am at a loss why u r so sure that I don't remember them since they were in the 90s😕, may be u hv a misconception regarding my age!😆...the fact remains that Ronit's solo blockbuster film was jaan tere naam! but was that of any use? ya, i do know what other movies he did- Sainik, Army- to name some! he was just a support cast in those films and others. army didn't even run well at the box office inspite of Sridevi!Kumar Gaurav's love story was a much bigger hit, lolz, even that couldn't do anything to him. leave all that- Hrithik had to prove himself again in Koi mil gaya becoz his films hadn't done well!otherwise, he was also almost on the verge of being written off as a one fim wonder! anyways, i am deviating from the topic, i had given tv actors' example to say that regional films are a good stepping stone for tv actors, often much better than bollywood! i don't think i ever spoke about ronit's longevity in films!😆

Great God! may be u hv a problem with Udaan! udaan involved much more hard work for Ronit than jaan tere naam ever required! i never wanted to demean ronit's hard work in anything, i hv been following ronit since long, longer than u can probably think of! and i really smtms wonder at the ability of sm people to judge others without knowing anything about them! about brushing up my knowledge- lolz- i don't hv to Brush It UP! and about SRK being a tv actor- i really don't know why u are giving info which is known to all! he is an exception! he is the only tv actor to hv made it to the top of bollywood! i reaaly wish GC does that! i was giving examples of tv actors of recent times. and yes, jaan tere naam was fancy dress- most of the 90s movies were! i belong to that age, so pls don't teach me. in fact, i hv suffered and borne those fancy dresses myself, simply becoz there were nothing else! so, when i said fancy dress, i was not demeaning ronit's work! but the tone u used for Udaan- wasn't very upgrading either! about legends- well, i think this generation is rapid fire in giving titles- yes SRK is a huge superstar! but then, to call him a legend! legend is Dilip Kumar, Dev Anand, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Madhubala, and from the last 3 decades- Amitabh Bachchan! in order to qualify as legend, Shahrukh has to do smthing more! well, if u consider just how many girls grow crazy over whom, pls don't judge! in a poll conducted on the internet, for madame tussauds- Hrithik roshan got more votes than Dilip Kumar! does that mean he is a legend and Dilip Kumar is not? and this is coming from a die-hard Hrithik Roshan fan! having wax statues at Madame Tussauds does not ensure u r a legend! i think most people know that! a superstar, a megastar need not always be a legend!

and i think i made it clear why i said shahrukh khan! the thing is u don't know what will happen tomorrow, forget about next 10 years. may be we will get a new'LEGEND', as u like to call it!
