Across the miles

Its really strange how at times you find friendship in the most unlikely of places especially when you arent even looking...

I recall my stalker days (Yup! like all seasoned and unseasoned denizens, I started out as a stalker too) following the GHSP discussions and one person standing out for always calling the episodes Utter Crap...whether it was Good, Bad or Ugly nevermind, the review was always consistent...I was intrigued- who was this sword weilding Ninja ( Little did I know then that it was supposed to be a Penguin)

She was one of the earliest people to welcome me to the den...we moved from IF to FB and over the course of time became friends...Now after having discussed everything from her love for writing and reading, my inability to wake up before the early PMs on weekends, our mutual commitment to losing weight (err..ok make that her commitment), to shared laziness and love of procastinating, the tanking Greek economy and everything in between- all I can say is- Its been a pleasure knowing her!

As she celebrates her birthday today ( Should I do a poll- Sweet Sixteen or Forever 25)...I just want to wish her all the very best life has to offer...May the coming year bring with it tonnes of joy and happiness, lots of peace and contentment and basically everything she ever wished for!
