I think Geet is taking the wrong approach...

She is trying to take control of everything and what everyone do and also butts in everytime Maan needs something... She should have observed during the Breakfast table that Maan just gets more irritated seeing her in charge of everything. Maan would not like that. She needs to step back as she cannot expect him to thank her or to appreciate her. This MSK is not going to do it and if she starts cribbing about it then no this is not going to help her case at all...

When she knows that his mind has reverted to his old self.. she should not try to take everything on herself. No doubt Maan is being outright rude but that is old Maan and he would definitely not like Geet coming and trying to rescue and cover up everyone's mistake and everything. especially she should know from his manners at home that her presence makes him more irritated.

The way she was behaving in the conference hall before Maan came.. was totally unprofessional telling the staff that she still can tell Maan what ever she wanted.. but Maan pulled her out of her misconceptions...

She should know that she cannot contorl Maan or her presence is not going to calm Maan as it used to do... She cannot use aap shant ho jayiye to him any more... She should know that right now Maan's mind has no recollection of her bond and her influence in his life... I think instead of calming effect she always had on Maan... her presence in everything is just having opposite effect.. She cannot be her childish pouty self with Maan anymore... This Maan is not different and she should prepare herself per the present situations... getting angry and upset is dangerous for him per the doctor...

So I think Geet needs to change her approach with more maturity and more in tune with Maan's present behavior with more professionalism..

I think Geet herself has not realised the magnitude of the situation... but I think the truth may hit her pretty soon... and i think when the realization will hit her then she may step back or may go dark... let's see...

I think she is confused on how to handle it exactly that is why they show it like this now, she can't get sucessful so fast and she still don't know how to handle it exactly, we have to wait and watch 😉, eheem eheem ka silsila ☺️😆☺️

Well before he fell for her, he was in charge, now since he doesn't remember anything he hates people stepping in his shoes, taking work non seriously, he has told that several times, work and pleasure have two separate place in his life. He was upset with her bringing out personal issue before family how can he ever tolerate her nonsense now. First he tolerated all nonsense because he had helped her. Now he doesn't remember that and is wondering how he could have hired such person.

So yes Geet should step back see behavior then step in. Instead of showing she is authority and knows him inside out.

Absolutley OLD MSK would never like anybody stepping in his shoes or poking their nose in his work ethics or work process.. and He can be downright rude with anybody he wants..

but I think when he says those hurtful things to her and sees the hurt in her eyes it disturbs him but he cannot fathom that and that makes him more irritated and more rude specially with her...

She definitely needs to step back and stop throwing her authority around.. as Maan himself will insult her every step of the way and will try to crush her...

So let's see how this is done...
