Remember the episode where Geet comes to KM and over hears half convo of Maan and Dadima and then she turns back thinking Maan is helping Dev/NT..
Then she was coming out of the KM and she sees Dev entering KM and she gets heartbroken and furious and feels betrayal to her core... and then she rushes to office to confront Maan where Maan was in the meeting urgently called by board of Directors to discuss all the media thing as Dev/NT were arrested and got the full attention of Media..
In that Meeting the board members wanted Maan to fire Geet from office... At that time Maan said how in the world they can fire Geet as Geet is going to be the owner of Khurana Constructions. As he is getting married to her and as his wife Geet also will own 51% shares of the company..
And without Geet's knowledge Maan did keep his promise and made Geet co-owner of everything he owned ... Indeed Maan Singh Khurana the man of his words
