I really feel sometimes Maan life was never the same...he is not at all happy...from the day of marriage he was tensed that Brij would kill Geet...later after marriage he couldn't concieve becuase Geet was not in a state to do so...later he had to accept Dev in his house which was against his principles...Geet got miscarriage...later Geet misunderstood Maan and Maan had to manofy her which took so many days that he lost KC...Later he is a small house with Geet working as a helper...Now he is ready to loose his memory...is this we expected from Geet HSP...just by showing hurdles and rifts between couples will not increase TRP's/...any serial TRP increases by viewers not only by fans...all viewers are not fansss...but all fans are viewers...if the track continuous in the same manner then your are bound to loose viewers which will decrease your TRP's...As of now we can observe Geet has gone to #2 in IF...please show some matured and some reality track in the show .

This topic is not to hurt anyone or any GHSP fans...i am also a GHSP fan but thi post is as a common viewer...

We all want Maan and Geet to be happy, but unfortunately that does not make for very entertaining television. The only way to keep the story going is to introduce new conflicts and their resolutions. And the people seem to want the same level of tension as in the beginning of the show, which means their problems have to be that extreme. But I don't agree that Maan is not happy. No matter what the situation, they find a way to have happy moments, because they are facing problems together.

Let me put it this way
is geet happy after marrying maan?
since everything happened after she met maan or is somehow related to maan including her marriage to dev

So the best way to see this is, they are doomed (oops deemed) to be with each other (yeh kismat ka khel hai)
sukh mein yah dukh mein, maaneet saath saath hai aur rahenge.

last but not least, as geet says, zindagi inhi choti choti khushiyon se milti hai.😆

Maan is the happiest when he is with Geet and vice versa.

If they show only happy moments between Maaneet, then we as audience would have got bored and things would have repititive...it is only with twists and turns that the story is interesting and Maaneet romance more sizzling!
