The error you are getting is not making sense for fan-page or rather I have not seen that before for fan-page. I have seen it for articles or pictures.

One thing you can do is, don't make any comments on any articles for 35 mins, just keep hiting chaskameter😉 After 35 mins, go to fan-page & try. If it doesn't work, then send Vijay - the admin a PM explaining your problem or you can post your problem on this thread:
