And, if your company suffers loss this year ! The indication will affect going concern and not your personal wealth ! It comes after many years ! Coz, this is public company ! First target are shares and then, BOD, then Company's Assets and then, if in AOA then personal assets ! Personal liabilities are far more away ! That thing comes when you are done and Your company is officially wound up or say, in layman's language, DEAD !

You know, being a commerce student, and spend 7 years in this line, I can go on and on and on ! Company Law was my fav subject and I have got exemption all the time ! So, when it comes to Law, I can say anything over-confidently ! 😳

But, I will not !
