Special Note to understand how fans look at Geet and characters Maaneet before you try and relate to the feedback given:

Fans have some unrealistic, unfair but very true and strong desires for Drashti and Gurmeet.

"What fans want to see with Drashti and Gurmeet in Geet is something which cannot be possible in real life between them."

Reel life vision for Drashti Dhami and Gurmeet portraying and complementing the real life prayer, wish and desire of "Maaneet Fans".

With a wish to see them as real life pair eventually turning out to be the most cherished dream which is out of question, the only place where viewers can see them together as happily married couple is "Geet" as Maaneet and when there is deviation in this vision no matter how good the track is it won't get acceptance as expected.

Storyline and track holds secondary importance, the main reason to watch Geet is Drashti and Gurmeet scenes with emotions fans can relate to and track which compliments the basic image nature and characters of Maan and Geet.

Few facts which every Maaneet fan will agree to:

1) What works with Geet is 10:5:5 minutes formula where 10 minutes of dedicated scenes featuring only Drashti and Gurmeet, 5 minutes of Drashti and Gurmeet scenes with parallel track actors and 5 minutes of scenes involving only parallel track,offcourse sticking to this formula everyday is impossible but if episodes are designed keeping in mind the above formula, will do wonders for the creative's where the story will move smoothly giving more scope to get maximum episodes and run the series high for a long time.

3) Geet cannot be considered as just another daily soap. It is a "Love Saga" which will be written, presented, enacted and shown only once in a life time just like what B.R Chopra's Mahabharata was.

Maan and Geet are like family members or someone very close and if they are affected, for many it is way beyond fiction and infact 9 out of 10 viewers have experienced addiction for Geet which was never felt for any series before.

Coming down to the most important part of the feedback:

Feedback only from viewers point of view without taking into consideration real time circumstances faced by the creative team, whatever points found valid to close the loop holes left are requested to be considered for the betterment of the show and revive and regain confidence of fans and viewers specially in the character that of "Geet" which was horribly ruined due to some basic emotions ignored by the writers earlier on.

"My apologies for harsh words in the feedback which is purely based on feelings of fans and is independent of the real life circumstances faced by the creatives."

Viewers did retaliate and cribbed when Swati and Ved were screenplay writers but connectivity with Geet and characters Maaneet was intact and it was only an issue where fans addicted to only Maaneet scenes demanded more and more of them with perfection and best possible piece of fictional brilliance. Which was unfair considering personal priorities of leads" Drashmeet" and 6 day airing pattern of Star One which hurt the quality of the show.

But what the screenplay writers which took over from Ved Raj and the new director did was something which has struck deep in a negative manner and has had an impact on almost everything associated with Maaneet this time, be it passion,trust,loyalty craze or for that matter desire to follow the series and motivate it.

When the new writers took over, initially they brought a fresh feel with "Maaneet Romance flourishing" only to realize they wud be making the most " stupendous" blunders which wud ensure downfall of Geet.


The present writers must be applauded for "Amritsar track" which is indeed brilliant, their work in creating "Jugnu Mama" is also appreciable...Lucky and Jugnu mama wud be missed for sure and Amritsar track too.

But Amritsar track cud have been better and cud have easily extended for a longer period had the screenplay writers taken into consideration the "Sensitivity of Maaneet relationship" and more importantly " what fans feel for them and vision of fans for Maaneet aka Drashmeet."

Blunders which are unacceptable to fans and loyal viewers and have actually not gone down well for many not to relate to the character specially that of Geet.

Current state under which fans are watching Geet is only out of addiction and no connectivity with the plot and Geet's character in particular.

Luckily with "Drashmeet" and "Barry Dhillon" all this can be revived in a matter of 5 days, becoz that is the kind of love and connectivity fans have that they can compromise on the blunders which made them fail to relate to characters of Maaneet.

The mistakes which writers made and did not go down well with viewers, mistakes which can still be rectified if the writers take a note of it or someone informs them to consider and work on it:

1) Geet forgiving Dev: ( Justification given by writers failed horribly resulting in many disconnecting with Geet)

If Maaneet are shown helping Dev marry Nandini then the feedback would be even more worse and beyond imagination for the makers to understand and analyze and relate to it and understand what went wrong and why Indian viewers did not accept the track.

Few pointers to understand why Geet faced a tough time and series lost its ground and strong hold.

The present screenplay writers failed at all fronts right from the beginning when the build up to Amritsar track was in process:

Instead of showing Dev's intent where he takes efforts to collect evidences of his crime, his intent was justified as

a) Him giving blood which was considered as his responsibility and not a favour as younger brother of Maan..

b) All his acts where he was shown he understood Geet better than Maan..added fuel to fire and frustration of fans after watching AA track.

The above acts were never considered as intent of Dev by majority of viewers and I guess writers failed here under the wrong impression and Geet's character in particular lost ground and "Maaneet's romantic image" suffered badly.

The present writers just concentrated on how to show Dev a bigger hero than Maan and the one who understands Geet better than Maan..

Dev's crime done to Geet is an social issue which is very close to hearts of fans and people in India and abroad...

Dev despite all his good doings represented that section of" males" who are considered as "villians" by both female and male viewers.

This is where many started loosing interest and connection with the theme of the story and the series Geet...which was sealed after holi sequence. The track designed to add more scenes of Sameer Sharma drowned the series badly where viewers just did not accept Geet forgiving Dev and later justifications, just did not go down well with majority of viewers and TRP's after miscarriage sequence can be used as a parameter to relate to the above point

The manner in which Dev was shown and Geet getting comfortable with him was something which made the character "Geet" look alien.

Despite the intent of makers, to show a culprit should be given a chance to improve was acceptable. The build up and justification for the track of Geet forgiving Dev was not constructive and what was shown and the reasons given did not go down well with the viewers.

So it wasn't an issue with Geet forgiving Dev but reason for Geet forgiving Dev which was unacceptable and was rejected and is still not related by viewers.

General feedback on face book, India Forum Orkut and also from viewers not on social networking sites (which includes friends, relatives and family members of mine and can be considered for other fans as well)

It is ok to move on but...Can anyone imagine a women as comfortable as Geet was with Dev,knowing he is her rapist...Agreed she wanted to move on but one cannot accept she allowed Dev to touch and later is comfortable and when reacted by her husband, shows attitude to her husband who gave her an all new identity...
All the above feedbacks just becoz of "Justification" factor failed horribly in writing team's work and just becoz viewers think too deeply and personally for the show and characters it has had a bigger impact than what it should be in behavior of fans for a fiction.

Many related to "Geet's strong character and since the theme of show is on real life social issue her character got appeal and was related and connected to which was destroyed in one scene "where Geet plays holi with Dev"

A common feedback, forgiving and moving forward is acceptable but forgetting is not and the present writers just to add Dev's track ruined everything built with so much efforts.

a) Makers never showed "Dev's intent to pay back for his deeds...merely asking for an apology for a crime bigger than rape and Geet simply forgiving burst the bubble.

Agreed it was a part of build up to Amritsar track...

But how cud Nissar and others forget the fact that fans wont accept this "scene" leading to future track getting rejected badly..

To all those and many and plenty in numbers..just disconnected from Geet's character right from the holi sequence and what followed next was even more unfortunate when Maan despite being right was made look " guilty" and Geet throwing attitude and not even showing signs of regret...

At least if makers before all this had shown "Dev" trying to find out evidences to push himself for a trial...and make sure he faces law..it wud have proved his intention to face law and pay back for his crime...

Had Dev been shown informing "Geet" that he has himself found evidences and soon he wud be submitting those so that he and NainT face trial and pay for their crime wud have won hearts of fans as well..Making them relate to "Geet forgiving Dev"

But certainly not allowing him to touch her again and certainly not show the kind of comfort she is been made to show with Dev in Amritsar track.

Dev's intent if was shown in a constructive manner would have also made fans relate to misunderstanding of Maan and behavior of Geet during Amritsar track, but unfortunately what was assumed by the screenplay writers and despite feedbacks flooding for months no one from the creative team took the initiative to understand what was going wrong and why fans were so furious.

All the blunders by writers which not only ensured that " A fantastic Amritsar Track " wud not be accepted to its potential but also faded and ruined the fantastic work which previous creative's did with "Maaneet's Romantic Image.."

Result: Many switched to Ekta's PKYEK becoz it hardly matters what is shown in that series and fans after feeling betrayed, yes that is the kind of reaction fans have given on social networking sites, felt it was better not to watch Geet if creative's were up to ruining characters of Geet and Maan to stretch the show and ruin them to an extent where one could hardly relate to them

Well this mistake can be still rectified if makers quickly show a scene in coming week where "Dev" informs Maan and Geet about his determination, will and intent to face law, becoz for him along with facing law it was important that geet forgives him..

Ideally shud have been shown before Geet forgives Dev but then even now it wud do and calm down fans who are now away from series Geet...

3) Geet's character assassination which was a result of an half hearted justification given by writers:

While the build up was planned,maaneet's relationship was kept at stake, theme destroyed, and the only thing remaining was characters Maan and Geet...

Since intent of Dev was not justified and Geet's reason to forgive Dev were not acceptable..Geet's character lost its hold badly and its connectivity with fans even more badly after the holi debacle..

To justify Geet's anger writers showed a scenario where Geet comes to inform Maan...but he walks away...

Clear ignorance from writers where they failed to understand the sensitivity of "Maaneet relationship"

"Geet was shown insensitive towards Maan"

Had they shown both feeling guilty then fans wud have related...

Common feedback by majority of fans:

Now what wud you call a women who does not even consider her husband's suggestion and decision before forgiving her rapist...

Maan and Geet's relationship's another unique point buried till death by writers...

Geet did not even consult once..now again...its a fiction and it was done for misunderstanding...

The writers made this point look a blunder when later scenes did not show Geet feeling guilty, realising that Maan must have misunderstood her,etc etc...must have seen her playing holi or with dev in farm house..forget about they did not show it ever..they also did not show it after the letter sequence..or before the letter sequence making Geet realize what Maan must have thought and no signs of Geet showing some understanding towards Maan..

All the above scenarios were fictional build up but then regret on part of Geet and her acceptance of mistake was missing when finally Maan and Geet reunite in one of the most brilliant work of fiction by the present writers.

4) "Maha Episode left many feel betrayed and cheated resulting in total cut off from the series by many and switch to internet to watch only "Maaneet Scenes" and scrap other scenes.

In times when plots like "Suhaagraat" are used to attract old, present and new viewers, the planning team of Geet did the opposite.

They ensured that whatever passion out of hopes from future, trust and loyalty out of faith and passion, belief and faith out of hopes and trust,fans had in the series even after the "Holi" sequence debacle, all that trust, faith, support, loyalty, passion will be lost in considerable numbers after the "Maha Episode" where fans were fooled, their emotions and expectations were insulted and abused, their blind faith was made look stupidity and more importantly many were left with a thought if :

"Makers and entire team Geet is now taking fans, viewers and audiences their support and loyalty for granted"

Again it wasn't an issue with what was shown but it was an issue with what could have been shown knowing comfort level between Drashti and Gurmeet and few scenes in the past.

It is not just "Maaneet SR" but also the scenes which followed after the so called "SR" which disappointed a lot, I mean which couple acts like Maan and Geet did after experiencing the most "sacred" experience.

Few romantic touches and talks and some passionate hugs which "Maaneet" generally do everyday were expected at least.

Even if you watch today's episode, the writing team and directors loose hold and zero knowledge about the sensitivity of "Maaneet Relationship" is clearly felt in romantic scenes which have followed after consummation, I mean they are so passionless that one feels they are not the Maan and Geet we have loved till date.

The problem with present writers and the director is they are writing and presenting everything in a manner which looks a mere formality, no build up, no planning, no execution and direction certainly not, Maaneet in hands of " those" who don't even deserve to handle "Arjun and Annie".

It is not a case that a better "Maaneet SR" cannot be shown in future and is something which is not trusted by fans.

Even now disappointment is more due to what could have been shown rather than what was shown, knowing the past track record of "Maaneet Romantic Scenes" and more importantly knowing the kind of comfort "Drashti and Gurmeet' share and express while delivering such romantic scenes which is now the only unique selling point or (USP) left in series Geet specially after the " holi sequence " which turned out to be the "theme" killing sequence of Geet and the other character ( that of Geet in particular and Maan to some extent) and romance killing acts ( half hearted and poorly planned Maaneet scenes which were interrupted more) which the present writers along with the director exhibited in their work till date.

"Fans have simply lost faith in the present writers which are now reduced to two and the director who seems to be good enough to shoot parallel tracks but not "Maaneet "for sure."

Despite knowing that Maaneet Suhaagraat is the most awaited, most cherished and dreamt scene which fans were waiting for since 4 months and after all those plots which were written to avoid "Maaneet Suhaagraat" building the hype for the "most awaited moment" which wud compliment, justify and also enhance the " Romantic Maaneet Image" redefining their romance and taking it to next level, when the circumstances and the "Amritsar track" allowed and provided scope for "Maaneet Suhaagraat" writers and the creative planning team never showed it.

Yes, ideally the suhaagraat shud have been shown after the letter reading sequence when "Geet" realizes that she was indeed missing or rather loosing "Maan".

A natural human tendency to consummate after feeling the happiness of getting the partner back with all misunderstandings cleared and add to it the desire to connect physically, emotionally and mentally and this is what "Suhaagraat" does.

Ideal "Maaneet Reunion" scene which was followed by an ideal " Maaneet Suhaagraat Scene" on song "Tum Mile Dil khile" from the movie Criminal.

It was unfortunate to see what was shown in "Suhaagraat" of the most romantic onscreen couple in the history of Indian Television who are blessed with brilliant expressive talent and who compliment each other in the best possible manner.

What is even more unfortunate is the present state of "Series Geet" which is despite the presence of "Drashti and Gurmeet"...

"Maaneet Suhaagraat" had the potential to wash away all the past mistakes by makers in terms of "Holi" sequence, half hearted Maaneet romantic scenes in "Amritsar" pathetically written, shot and edited "Maaneet Scenes" specially in Amritsar track.

After waiting for months for a passionate "Maaneet Suhaagraat" we got a piece of shit which was not a result of "Drashmeet's any personal reason" but was a result of " Incompetent and Unvisionary" work of the creative team which rather forced the "Suhaagraat" sequence to get trp's for the mahaepisode and what is even more "unfortunate" is the fact that they don't need to do such stunts to gain attention of fans who in any case want to see "Maaneet"

In the process of gaining "short term goals " makers and creatives have compromised on long term goals" where certainly many wud not even bother to wait back and watch "Geet's Mahaepisode" in the future after experiencing the insult makers did of fans by fooling them in the last Saturday's "Maha Episode"..

The performance of the present writers and creative team which ensured that "Series Geet" in near future will experience one of the most shocking ends in the history of Indian Television where all of a sudden end of series Geet will be announced due to lack of plots and ideas to take the story forward and also keep Maaneet romance fresh and innovative at the same time.

They are the only reason to claim that till the remaining two writers and the director is around, Geet and Maaneet are heading towards vanishing sooner than expected.

The present track had vast scope to present "Maaneet Romance" in a different manner but the writers and director in particular squandered the advantage by some really "unacceptable" piece of creative work which was a result of off course "Lack of Vision" for Maaneet...right from day one when they took over charge.

How the present writer's right from day one ensured that they dig the pit in which series "Geet" can be "buried" is already explained by me earlier.

Was that the Geet you showed today similar to the one you once said we will proud of when you aired the promos in March 2010?

Forgiving is ok, moving on is also fine but forgetting a rapist's crime just becoz he shows signs of intent to improve and to pass on such a message through TV series hurting sentiments of millions across who have faced the incident similar to what Geet went through is a shame.

In times when in India and many organizations around the world are trying to bring in strict rules to control atrocities against women and crime like rape or similar to rape which was done by Dev are being called for zero tolerance, team Geet is busy "Glorifying the Rapist" without any proper justification for his glorification.

"Its high time media and creative world understands the impact of their fictional work on the thinking and perception of the society and social issues like that of rapes and women being cheated and left alone cannot be entertained and should be dealt with "zero tolerance".

The entire team "Geet" and channel should be ashamed of promoting a very unfortunate and socially unacceptable message.

Its so unfortunate that as fans cant even name who are ruining the show but to be precise it is obviously the technical team including writers and directors which are constantly proving and pushing Geet to some really unfortunate end if not now then in future for many to actually laugh and rethink what a joke it was and how many were eventually left fooled specially after the holi sequence where the devil was constantly glorified and the new article confirms it the story of ruining will continue.

Do you really feel we will be proud of such a "Geet" which you showed today?

For the first time in one year I am actually hating "Geet's character" more than I did when she allowed Dev to touch her and herself applied "tikka."

Women like "Geet" and men like "Maan" as fictional characters ,themselves promoting and motivating such acts and to show it as an example and spreading it through media of television and fiction is such a shame on all those associated with shows like "Geet Hui Sabse Parayii."

For Drashti Dhami in particular: ( As your die hard admirer and well wisher)

Think about it:

Why is Naintara aka Karishma Randhawa at number 223 and Drashti Dhami at number 2 in the rankings when both are equally good actresses and both are equally talented...

Becoz one represents good and other represents evil...

If fans had the tendency to relate to some character on the basis of acting talent then NainT aka Miss Randhawa wud have been in top 10,but she is not becoz her character is no more related to hence despite brilliant acting she is not liked and her rankings prove it.

Soon will be a similar situation with Drashti Dhami and Gurmeet, where they will not only notice their brand value as "Hottest Couple" fading and loosing its shine but also they will experience the harsh and cruel fact of fictional world where they wud realize they were loved more as characters than actors.

Geet is now representing evil and so is Maan and hence in near future downfall of Maaneet with literally no good memories left behind to cherish and downfall of Geet with a bad emotional atyachaar and being fooled feeling will be felt and the work of star one and the makers of Geet in particular will face and experience the side effects of cheating Geet fans..in near future.

Maaneet fans do feel abused and left insulted for having loved and supported the characters Maan and Geet.

All thanks to new writers who done the impossible possible:

Once it was "Impossible" to even think we as Maaneet's would hate "Maaneet" but the new writers have made it "Possible"...

As ,many loyal followers quitting Geet near future does promises that neither "Geet" nor "Maaneet" will be remembered just becoz of the feeling fans now have developed.

At least after the holi sequence the writers and the director shud have understood...what fans feel for Dev.

At least don't "Ruin Geet's character more" than what you did last time.

Geet's character is almost and infact dead and with today's episode is dead and buried the good work which was done by the past makers, writers and directors on characters Maan and Geet.

If you want to end the show Geet, at least don't ruin the characters of Maan and Geet, at least don't force us to stop watching Geet, we have given you so much love, at least respect that fact and don't abuse the sentiments and feelings which fans have for "Maaneet" by showing what you showed today and the manner in which Geet was shown behaving and reacting today.

Under the name of funny track you are actually making "fun" of Maaneet and with them fun of sentiments of fans.

Do the present writers even know what "Dev" did to "Geet"?

We did not accept the fact that Geet forgived Dev and after seeing what was shown today, I feel the makers are doing it purposely to generate negative reactions and end the series Geet on one simple justification that fans did not like the new track.

Jesus Christ save the series from the "Pirates" in face of the writers and the director.

1) How can Geet react so casually after Dev said all bad things about Nandini to the guy who had come to see her?

2) How can Geet react so normally after knowing that Dev loved Nandini?

3) How can Geet think of Dev and hide the matter from Maan feeling Maan wud get upset on Dev?

4) How can Geet did not even think of reminding Dev that he was married to NainT and what he did to her?

5) How can Geet be so casual in her reaction and it was clearly felt in Drashti's act...by far today was Drashti's worst performance ever not becoz of her acting but the behaviour which she was asked to do by the director.

6) How can Geet feel for "Dev" when she says "dev ka dil tut jayega?

7) How can Geet even not smile when the guy said he liked Nandini?

8) How can Geet feel bad for Dev and not happy for Nandini that the guy had accepted her?

9) How can Geet feel bad for Dev when Nandini said yes and accepted the guy?

10) How can Geet give a fake smile and worry about Dev when both Nandini and the chap agree ,accept and sit together?

I never felt so disgusted like I am feeling today.

All those who bashed me after " Predicting Geet will vanish" becoz of the writers and the director and all those who bashed me after I wrote alot over "holi sequence" now do you have an answer to the "Character assassination of Geet " which is successfully completed today by the two remaining writers and the director.

A message to Drashti and Gurmeet: Please leave the show , your talent is now being wasted.

A message to makers; You don't have to do all this to convince fans to stop watching the show and hate the characters "Maan" and "Geet".

One last wish: At least don't ruin the characters of "Maan" and "Geet" just becoz you want to extend "Dev's role" to make full use of "Sameer's contract" and dates.

Please for heaven's sake ,if you have decided to end the show Geet, end it on a good note and characters of Maan and geet retained and intact so that we feel proud of having loved the characters so much in the past one year.

Please for God's sake end the show with a good feeling and a feeling that when you come back again with Geet season 2 we feel like waiting for you.

Certainly you have lost everything today you had built for Geet's character" and may be tomorrow it is Maan's turn...you lost the theme of the show during holi sequence, you sacrificed Geet's character and so did Maan's and today you loose everything you had created with so much pain and we had loved it with so much passion and loyalty..

Geet a lost opportunity to rewrite history books, which will be studied for years and regretted for having wasted due to lack of vision"

What drives the series Geet?

1) Maan and Geet, their life, the cute nok zhoks, the romance, ruthna manana, expression of love and sense of sacrifice and above all the presence of Drashti and Gurmeet and their immense talent which shoots up and breaks all barriers and sets new benchmarks which makes one feel, love does exist and if it happens to be like what Maan and Geet share then it is the sweetest feeling one could ever experience and it looks the best when Drashti and Gurmeet are enacting it.

Certainly when you watch Drashti and Gurmeet enacting, you don't feel like switching and moving your eyelid, the world comes to standstill and one gets dissolved with them as salt in water.

If makers and team geet see it from fans eyes then it is the most cherished gift mother nature could ever give to mankind in the form of Drashti and Gurmeet, because they surely make you fall in love with whatever they do and one feels only good should happen to them whether it is real life as Drashti and Gurmeet or reel life as Maan and Geet. There is a scientific reason to why we love to watch Gurmeet and Drashti together to make everyone realize why we loved to watch Sharukh and Kajol, Hrithik and Aishwarya, Anil and Madhuri, Aamir and Juhi and now Guru and Drashti, but wont get into it.


2) The sequencing of plots,the music Maahiii and its smart use rather than overdose and a simple script without any major headaches works great for the pair Drashmeet and characters Maaneet and above all if negativity is used for any reason then if it brings Maan and Geet together and sets up a funny plot, plot with light feeling then it works big time.

3) Fans want a simple story about how Maan falls in love with Geet, how he gets married to Geet, how he supports Geet and accepts her with her past, how their life goes after wedding, how Maan helps Geet to develop her character and personality from a small town girl to a girl who is strong enough to face any social issue, how a man with Maan's character stands firm with geet and loves her beyond the limits of love set by nature.

In short, treatment as such that nok zhoks, romance and love follows and is used as the soul or theme of every episode aired everyday at 9.30 pm Geet on Star one, where two Maaneetastic couples in the form of Drashti and Gurmeet come onscreen make people forget their worries and make fall in love with them, certainly as viewers and fans we need break from our real life challenges and for a change we want to witness how great love can be and how picturesque it can look and who better than Guru and Drashti portraying it.

In one word an idol pair which one would love to experience themselves in the form of respective partners? The reason why fans are reacting so much over negativity is the difference in the opinion of makers and fans.

4) What worked was the initial build up and a natural process of falling in love which was beautifully designed and made millions loyal and get involved with the series,because somewhere down the line as it always happens, fans find difficult to draw a line between real and reel and it is the desire to either get what is shown in the fiction or somewhere in the mind there is something which is missing in real life of a fan gets completed after watching it in fiction.

This is what great directors and makers like Yash Chopra in particular have done, showing the good vision in a fiction with life larger than life, making people feel such a life is possible, his work speaks for himself and today his name comes in the top directors India has ever had.

5) The initial treatment to routine plots and presence of Drashti and Gurmeet in it, worked big time, making people like me who are grooming themselves for the entertainment sector and many others feel, this pair can do wonders with any plot which has positivity ,even an average plot and a sequence or a scene as simple and normal as

a) Boss arguing with secretary

b) Boss going to dhaba

c) A guy visualizing a girl as life partner

d) a drunk guy falling in arms of his love and expressing his feelings

e) a guy expressing shock and hatred after realizing the half truth of the girl happened in past.

Add to it number of memorable scenes which Drashti and Gurmeet have given together which had no major build up and high voltage dialogues making me feel I am watching a Bhojpuri film or south Indian film, no super power strengths to the leads to feel they are different couples.

It was sheer logical build up, continuation in the story, plots built according to the growth of relationship and there was purity in thought and planning and there was genuineness in efforts from all those who were involved ,a team effort which brought Geet to the launching pad to take off and recreate history in the television industry for many to study and change the face of the television industry which still thrives on the concept of spreading negativity for striving in the sector.

The launching pad was created by efforts taken between episode 1 and 115,the effort was so remarkable that motivation was on high, support from fans was far more than expected, craze far good enough to gain loyalty of fans ,hype, name, fame and even fate was in the hands of makers, where a steady approach, a vision and planning was good enough ,because

"The acceptance factor " was out of question.

Yes fans had not just accepted Geet and Maaneet and actors Drashmeet, but they had made them inseparable part of their life and just like every makers dream the platform was so good and well crafted that the only thing left was reap the fruits of hard work by applying mind and keep serving fans what they wanted till the point fans themselves demanded some change or the changing environment demanded some twist to take the Maaneet story to another level.

Importantly all the pain and mind work and efforts required to generate enthu and keep fans engaged with series Geet required optimum inputs and not much to keep the series Geet sailing.

The makers had all the possible ingredients to make Geet series an epic and register their names in the history books as the ones who created waves and proved what television industry can do and how beautiful daily soaps can look, if sensible and logical approach was preferred over dramatic and illogical plots, because taste of fans has changed and so is the education level.

With a desire and vision of making Drashti Dhami the most loved actress and along with Gurmeet the most Maaneetacular, Maaneejestic and Maaneetastic onscreen pair, with efforts through writing and if future permits through other possible sources too.

With only one contribution as a die hard "Maaneet Follower" and a vision for them;

A concept for Geet season 2 with episodes written for makers to take feedback from fans and for them to explore the possible "treatment" which I have given to the concept which is seen before but never felt before and something which looks common but can be made look "outstanding" if treatment is different.

cant understand for how long will fans keep quiet and patiently watch Geet and Maaneet's debacle.
