Even my Aunt watches SNS..she says it is crays and a good time pass...and i can see why SNS has such good TRps...coz many people just have fun watching the antics of the negative Lead...


And as for youth shows...these shows really don't have story except for some crazy antics and drams of the young leads but still young viewers watch it ...😆

I watch SNS sometimes for time pass...but watch Geet for the love which i have for Maaneet...GurTi...Guess 95% views are attached to Geet just for Maaneet...and the epi where Maaneet are messed up..FB and Geet forum becomes a Cribbing and critics zone...

Usha- 😲 Really? U know even with GEET, I'd found the first week pretty regressive. I wanted to watch it for DD cuz she was great acting and personality wise in DMG so... but I only came back to the show after Dev married Geet and I'd expected him to take her Canada and have an affair with some firangi 🤣 Cuz they had said something like NRI ladke se shaadi karna khushiyaan ki guarentee nahi or like that... 😆 But got hooked to the show after he abandoned her in the airport. 😊

Shreya, boys generally do not watch TV as much as girls do.Even if they do watch shows, their interests are totally different. They mostly do not like mushy love stories. They prefer action oriented shows, sports and the like. My son has just entered teens. He has still not developed interest for girls (if he has, he is clever to mask it I guess). He liked the show because he found it funny (he was highly amused by Rashi's and Gopi's antics) and he likes all the scheming because he is curious to see if they work.

Arwenish, there are rumours now of rain sequence, Maan on top of Geet etc, supposedly posted in FB. Makes me wonder if someone is stalking our den and picking up our discussions and wishful thinking from here and making them into news.

Shreya... my brothers are also like this... they were happy when star one was banned... boys are weired this way... they watch Castle... and football... but when it comes to drama like Geet they make weired faces... i dont know you are familiar with Pakistani drama Dhuan (means smoke) my brothers like those sort of serials...

Usha, I watch a show called Baba Aiso Var doondhon on Imagine. The leads are very good, especially the hero. It has a unique story (a dwarf girl married to a normal sized man) but sometimes it gets unbearable with the family politics which is shown in a very stark and repulsive manner. SNS is OK in that respect. All the plots are fairly shallow and get over quickly. The mom-in-law is also very different from most mom-in-laws. So purely from the entertainment point of view, I don't mind watching SNS once in a while.
