Hey i will give you some tips. But dont play a prank about GC and DD.
Varna i will delete my tips. 😆
Avoid oily foods.
Take boiled foods like our GC.
Go for walking atleast five days a week for 45 minutes. Avoid junk food and sweets. Drink atleast three litres of water a day.
If you cant do all these, learn to do only one exercise. Just shake your head whenever you come across extra tempting food items. 😛 Thats all dear. Now tell me your tempting news. 😛

I will give my opinion SEE U HV TO DO EXERCISE EVERYDAY FIR ABOUT 1 HOUR A DAY IF U CAN DO IT AT MORNING IT WILL NE BETTTER IF U DNT HV TIME THEN DO IT AT ANYTHING UR FREE BUT MAKE A TIMETABLE WHAT U HV TO EAT AND EXCERSICE TIME AVOID OILY FOOD LIKE CHICKEN MEAT ETC EAT ONLY BOILED VEGETABLES AND EAT FRUITS LIKE APPLE BANANA ETC ONE DAY ATLEAST 2 FRUITS AVOID SWEEETS DRINK ALOT OF WATER WHOLE DAY DNT SIT AT SAME PLACE DNT BE LAZY BE ACTIVE 1 OR 2 HOURS U JUST WALK FOR ABT 10 TO 15 MINUTES FOLLOW THIS U WILL SEE DIFFERENCES IN U NW U HV TO SAY THE ABOUT GC AND DD I KNW UR JOKING BUT IF ANYTHING Z THERE THEN SAY ME OK TC BE HEALTHY
