First of all thank you Hima di for making this as a separate post.....

I loved ur points.....

we all know that what has Geet gone thru according to the show....she was always betrayed & tortured by her family members mostly her brother & darji....this is so common in most of the regions in India...after all she is also a human being..she too needs some peace, some love & care....she cant tolerate all this at such an age of 18...when she got Maan in her life.she thought that there are people in the world who can love & take care of her...so she was so much moved by his caring & helpings that she can never take his anger....she has already gone thru soo many ups & downs in her early life that now she cant take the anger of the one she loved the most....as I have already wrote in some post that anger is the greatest enemy of all..it can break beautiful relations so we should remain far away from it.... Maan is always angry with his bro but in that he forgets that he is behaving rudely with Geet...whom he loves to the core...

I never say that Geet is always right but whatever she has gone thru till now made her somewhat like this...above all she is not even that mature (as shown in the show she is 18 or 19) so some mindless things are expected from her too but Maan is mature & more experienced so he should understand...

many say that "tali ek hath se nahi bajti" thats absolutely true but here in case of Geet its different as she has seen sooo many problems in her life which are so hurting that it can take lifetime to overcome it...so before blaming her just think from her mind & heart....people cant relate what a girl feels when she is thrown away from her family & kicked away by her husband just after having spend one night with her...we can only feel when we ourselves go thru it...u cant judge anyone by feeling their emotions.......

about forgiving Devil....

I think she did that coz she wanted everything vanished from her life..whatever she went thru in past she wanted to wipe off...she did it basically for Maan coz he was always angry & disturbed by his brother...which hurts Geet as she cant see pain in her beloved husband's life...yeah I know its very very very difficult to forgive a rapist but CVs showed that & I feel that they showed it so that Maan-Geet can start a new life without thinking about him.....

we cant blame anyone in particular....situations make u do things which are most of the times against ur will...exactly all that happened here in the show.......

But Maan should really overcome his anger....it can take toll of person's life......

I m short tempered & I have gone thru few bitter experiences so I can tell better............

P.S. Sorry if I have hurted someone...please no bashing...this is just my POV...if anyone agrees I m happy & if someone doesnt then I respect their POVs....

yes dear geet is in a state of depression still ....... & she still could not come out of the fact that maan said those words to her ... coz those words of his are still pinching her & it is only maan who can bring her out of the shell that she put herself into ....... & then once she realises then every thing will be fine ...... & they & we all will be happy .......

& would also like to say 1 more point over here …

What ever maan said all these words about geet were actually not direct words to geet …

He said these words while in conversation with dev actually … & that is another reason why geet is hurt even more …. Coz ….

no wife can ever tolerate that her husband can say all those things about her that 2 in front of some one else .....

if he says those words when alone the situation will be still bad ..... but here ...... what ever happened …. happened in front of dev … not necessary it be dev if maan says that in front of any other family member geet will still feel humiliated ...... & another reason why geet felt humiliated … again my POV …

Thanks for making this post Dew I totally Agree with you on Geet behaving the way she is been doing with Maan. She is hurt.

We are talking about a woman who has lost the cause of her being whatever she has been and she tried to get over this for this one man who called her a woman of no self respect.

And worse he believed it till Devil pumped some sense in his head.

Maan is a character is a myopic vision and everything is ruled by his anger in his life. Geet ought to be angry with him. I am with her totally.

We can get over the bigest of crime committed against us by unimportant people (which Dev is for Geet) but smallest of blow by the ones whom we love and trust is difficult to forget.

yes dear the sole reason why geet did not forgive maan is coz she loves him a lot ........ & dev does not exist for her .......

geet will any how forgive maan in a week or two ....... very soon ......... but she will take some time this time ...... not unlike last time or before that .........

so comapring the forgiveness for devil & maan is not the same ....... coz dev is a non entity for her ........

to forgive devil also she did not forgive him over night after he committed the sin ......... it took her so long & she herself did not go & give him forgiveness ......

she forgave him coz he begged her ...... but she also said that she does not wnat 2 forgive him ...... but is forgiving dev ......... coz of the reasons stated later on .......
