Y Geet could not forgive maan ?? reasons(edited)

From cv's POV if she forgives & goes back home how will we get the hot & passionate scenes … & the rootna & manana .... & the filmy track of maan bana sardar … so from that angle geet's refusal is justified … & there are other reasons too …

My POV …

why she was unable 2 forgive maan & Y she forgave Devil ….

well the reason for bhabhi maa forgiving Devil everyone knows now that she did it for maan … the same what we all have been thinking & know that she wanted to have a fresh start in her life without any strings attached to her past & that she wanted to dump her past & live her present happily with maan … & that Devil is a non entity to bhabhi maa & he does not exist for her ……

I always think we should never let our anger surpass the love we have for each other ….

this happened twice in maaneet's case …

My reasons Y geet could not forgive maan … well u can agree or disagree … but this is what I feel …

Coz I always believe … I don't care what the whole world thinks about me whether they like me or not it does not matter … but what matters 2 me is the persons whom I love or who love me / my family / my friends …. thoughts about me … & if the person whom I love says those words to me … how to handle it … how to forget those words which torture us day & night … coz I would have never dreamed that they would even think about me in such a way & hearing those words … will definitely break mine or anyone's heart … if we really have a heart … & after that situation to come out of it will take some time & like I also feel that if we love the person we are bound to forgive them …. This is love & life …

here geet that's why could not forgive maan right now (but she will do it later on any how ) … coz according 2 her … maan is her world … & the words coming out of maan's mouth she never ever dreamt that maan would actually think about her in that way … & say those words to her …

coz some times it is hard to forgive a person whom we love easily coz maan is her life …. than a person whom we hate …. But as we know love always wins … so she will be forgiving him very soon …

& the reason she forgave DEV when she did not want 2 …. But she still did forgive him … coz he is like dirt & to her he really does not matter … & if she had not forgiven him … then some where the hatred is still there in her heart ….

& according to geet … she wants her entire heart to be filled with maan's love & nothing else … so she thinks that there should be place for no one in her life other than maan & she does not even want 2 think about the other person even out of hatred … so the best thing is to forgive & to flush the hatred & the past out & fill your heart with the love of the person who loves you dearly … & to whom you are his world & vice versa … forgiven so that both maan & geet can live at peace …

2)probably if I was in her place I would have behaved in the same way … coz the words what maan said were really harsh & do hurt ….

& that too those words coming out from the person whom you treat your world & is your life would be really heart breaking & shattering to u & your heart to listen to them …

& I 2 agree with geet … in anger … some times we do speak what is there in our heart or what we feel about a person unknowingly but we do & after the words slip out of our mouth we regret our thoughts or words …

Coz when in anger we seldom loose control over ourself & our thoughts …

& geet already asked maan before also to have control over his anger & hatred … coz of which he forgot for a split second that he has a wife & a bay to b born that time … & at that time she was quite naaraz with him for some time … but like she said before … how long can she stay angry / naaraz with him … not for long … so here also … in a day or 2 her anger will vanish & she will melt …

What ever maan said all these words about geet were actually not direct words to geet …

He said these words while in conversation with dev actually … & that is another reason why geet is hurt even more …. Coz ….

no wife can ever tolerate that her husband can say all those things about her that 2 in front of some one else .....

if he says those words when alone the situation will be still bad ..... but here ...... what ever happened …. happened in front of dev … not necessary it be dev if maan says that in front of any other family member geet will still feel humiliated ...... & another reason why geet felt humiliated … again my POV …

Question is not if would have forgive or forget ....Point is if its right thing to do if you believe in it........

Its personal belief what you believe what you follow. If you follow forgiveness to one culprit you follow same rules to others your rule doesn't change accordingly if person is ur life or not. Who is on other side doesn't change your prospective about what set of belief you follow in life and if it does than you never had strong values or beliefs.

IF you fight against female abuse rape domestic violence and let that criminal free if he is your relative than you are hypocrite. Similarly if you give lecture on forgiveness and don't have big heart to forgive your own husband than also you are defined as hypocrite. Its what you belief. Forgiving or not is based on person's own nature and not on the one who is on opposite side. If you can forgive one not other for whatever reason than its simple you never believed in true essence of it.

Sorry to say geet preach something else follow something else and her rules changes for worst for MAAN.

As everyone here has short term memory lets take aroute to past . MSK was insulted by Geet in front of media called as.........traitor, abuser, no self respect guy who is using her for Dev '.........for forgiving his brother for his sins'( when it was misconception not actual truth ).and ........But when same question asked from other side.............and this verbal spat was just in 3 of them. for actually forgiving sinner ( no misconception) . When he questions her self respect .He was declared as inhuman and other as God. My question is why not anyone ask same question when she questioned his self respect and integritiy in front of all not once not twice but thrice. Even in anger he used that statement only once. Unless geet answer his query this question about self respect was genuine from his side. So instead of packing bags shouldn't she be waiting for him in bedroom for one nice communication to fill the gap. When last time MSK tried his best even after media spat to tell him truth.

Why not she did same this time. .IF she really wanted a new life and move on applies that large than life concept of forgive and forget to her own rapist for their new life. Why she dint do same thing to MSK right there. Why she didn't forgive him and forget better right there. Afterall rapinf self respect if deserve forgiveness a statement on self respect definitely earn forgiveness right there. ?

WHY the girl who is doing all this for MSK sake and their new life. Took such big step of forgiving rapist for new life'didn't thought of twice of forgiving ur own husband. ( really bad one actually who stood by you in your lows, pampered you , gave you respect, accepted your child like his own, saved ur life innumerable times, gave you repect you always expected from your family, rapist your never got one)

Why not she think of forgiving MSK for same new life for which you give pardon to your own rapist.?

Why forgiving rapist is divine forgiving your husband is question to self respect?

Why Dev is still scottfree without any scar for his deeds and MSK walked on coal for one line?

Why self respect is so delusional or fictional to all of you, that you change its aspects and meaning entirely to suit it for Geet?

i think geet finaly broke...it was like this was the final blow that she could stand...she's not the geet that we know because that geet is still gone...but maan will no doubt get her back for us and him...

i love your post. first of all maan never asked or expected geet to forgive dev. he was 100% against that. he hated his brother to the core. Not even once in the entire serial, he asked her to to do that. so her reason that she forgave him for maan is totally baseless.

if she says that she did it for herself because she wanted to move on in life, then that makes sense.

and even if she did it for herself, she owed that much to the man who has been her pillar to discuss with him her decison and atleast not allow that rapist to touch her with colors. is that too much to expect?

FYi, i did not say that she needs to permission. so, where is her apology for her own mistakes. I only see maaan doing that.
