Can these comments come from romeo. And she doesn't ever tell arjun what naintara/dev did. But that she can do only if she remembers. memory loss problems with one bottle of blood.

maan being considerate taking into consideration her pregnancy is as non-existent as annie. The pregnancy is something that they remember whenever convenient. I sometimes think they are doing it purposely so that our attachment to baby becomes frustration and we ourself change our mind and ask for MC. So is it a planned strategy to change the viewer's perception.
