Geeti, it may have always been there but may have been well covered by the hair from the rest of his head. Your hawk eye has caught it only now. As to the scar, the guy is a kick boxer and a martial arts expert, isn't he? So could have got it from there too.

Btw, here is something I noticed but failed to mention. When Geet was putting the imprint of her palms on the K-mansion wall, there were three sets of palm prints. One was Dadi's. the other two must have been Maan's mother's prints and NT's prints. That means Pammi, Dev's mom, was not legally a K bahu but Maan's father's mistress.
