@ darlunia: Ok. I will try to elaborate. For me turning point was the engagement fiasco. Before that Dadi was shown to be a progrssive, level headed lady,who could think for herself. I would have had no objection if she was mad on Geet for running away from engagement. But no she was shown confused. A 5 min brainwash from NT and she was all against Geet. A little convincing from Maan and she was with Geet. Why couldnt she judge for herself? Why does her impressions have to be coloured whether due to Maan or NT. Secondly, during the Diwali night she told Geet how she should give one more chance to her relationship with MSK. Well & good, for Maan's happiness is most important for Dadi. But why didnt she made that effort before? She called Indian Paints, unaware about the fact that Geet is CEO. What if Geet hadnt picked up the phone? Wouldnt the things have continued as before? Then as Opti pointed out if marriage was postponed for a fake suicide attempt, why not today,when NT has fallen from terrace of Khurana mansion and is in coma. Doesnt matter if she is current or ex daughter in law. It is a far more serious situation. What about controversy and media now?
