I think channel's shud take shows for a limited time frame and with some definite story in hand like in earlier days on Doordarshan a show was only passed if they had the first 13 epi's already shot and ready and they had a definite story in mind with an end ......only change for soaps today can be that how they reach the end in that limited time frame can be manipulated by the CV's as per trps and public demand
