But Geek don't you think the child should be a little bit older than the toddler or baby that s/he is before they put them in front of the camera just because people have this fascination for little babies or go gaga over babies and makers want to fulfill or fuel this obsession of fans

@bri - darling i agree with u.... u know that on this front we r soul sistas..... u n me think alike bout this baby track.....

to think of it....cud it be that Geet has MC n hence is depressed and thats when Maan makes a vow that he will marry her in 12 days??? he cant let more harm happen to her.... n he needs 12 days coz Geet will be in hospital..n in depression....

@Regarding MC, I think that will be too less a time for MC, don't you think it will take more than that time for both Maan and Geet to bounce back from MC and Maan may be blaming himself and guilty. He might end up in the attic or in the chi room

@Bri...It makes sense to shoot in a safe secure environment, like the baby's house or a baby proofed flat. Maybe shoot few scenes and then carry on with a baby like doll. A baby/toddler is way to young to express any desire to act but sometimes a story,( not just GHSP) may be baby centric and hence will have to have a baby.😊

@bri...very valid and sensible points hun..........keeping aside the emotional attachment..it is not very sensible or safe to have a baby on the sets..........and it would be not feasible for the PH to provide it every safety and attention constantly too...........they have just one option and to avoid that as much as possible they are dragging this miraculous pregnancy........

@Geek: True that!! But even in more advanced countries like USA and UK, you find very few serials with toddlers on a constant basis, there is either a small leap or a marginal leap after some episodes.

@ Sun: I agree.

The best option to my mind is to shoot with just the director, the lead pair, the cinematographer at the baby's house with her/his parents present and not take her/him away from his/her natural habitat

@bri.....more than facing the caemra what is harmful is the harsh lights to which the child would be exposed to non stop whether at his or herhome or the sets............plus in order to get one scene right with the baby ..they would ahve to patiently wait for the child to be in the right mood..............does a daily soap with 6 days telecast and hardly a bank have this kind of time or facility????

i remember sajid khan talking abt hey baby ..and the restrictions and difficulties of shooting the whole movie with the child..........plus having to ensure that every available safety was provided to the child
