Best of the Day-

Mr. Maan Singh Khurana at his best ....

things that i liked in the episode that makes me wonder ...yet not feel surprised as how can my love for Maan, the pride, trust & respect for him like a seed planted in the ground , everyday grows & grows ....

1> Geet knows that he loves Italian cuisine , esp. pasta....the choice of his food taste he himself had shared with her & had also added that he & his brother share the same liking for the dish...to which Geet had back then with her wounded heart replied to him that she neither likes it nor can ever cook it .....

but today he sees her having overcome the thought of associating it with her dark past, with Dev & today she tried her best to cook it only & only for him.....

But being the 'man of his words' he having had promised to shield her from her dark gloomy past ...he himself has let go of holding any relationship with the things & people that can bring any glimpse of her past back into her present .... be it his relationship with his brother or now , his choice of food ......

He knows best to foil his concern with his mischievous grin & twinkling naughty eyes & refuses to have it & informs that he does not like it anymore , just like he no more thinks of Dev with the affection he had for him earlier .... Geet unknown to his true intentions look at him in silent annoyance....

He smile widens seeing her fume ..his mission accomplished.


2>He knows that he should have told her about his sister (as if he knew...lol ) & knows Geet is more in shock than surprised owing to their first interaction & further on with him for keeping away from her whole day with informing her of his whereabouts ....

But though these had been the questions directed towards him by Geet yet deep down he knew that this was not all that was bothering her ...... having read her eyes yet again he asks her to voice her fears to him so that he can assure her that they are but only figment of her scared mind ...& with him in her world they wont hold true ....
She gives words to all the fears that has been building up in her mind from days & which now finally has come to surface with Anwesha too not having approved of her .... she tells him that she dreads knowing that he has had to break his ties with his own brother , his family for her sake..& how she hates the thought that one day coz of his love for her he will lose everyother relations he holds dear to his heart..

Having heard her patiently he smiles upto her & reassures her that he does not regret having stood by her & also adds to give her peace of mind that its not just for his love that he is standing up against them all but for his principles ...having said that he adds that how can she ever think that he will get lonely when its her he has by his side, with him for eternity .....
and she smiles cocooned in the warmth & secured fortress of his arms ....

Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khurana at her best

things that i liked in the episode that shows how comfortable & secured Geet feels now in the Khurana household knowing that Dadi is always their to bless & support her & Maan to protect & love her ..... how it slowly has turned from a mansion to her own small world .... how they all have become one small secured strongly binded family ....her home, her family with her man, Maan.

1> when Maan introduced her to his sister ... who commented that they met & had difference of opinion & she adds to Maan that 'aap issai shaadi karengai' Maan sternly yet calmly just says 'Haan.'

that was just enough to make Anwesha sense Maan's decision & love for Geet & so she stops right their ....

then to Maan's query as to when & how they met (they ..it was asked in general) ..Geet taking command of the situation tells him the whole tale

Maan smiled & looked at Geet admiring her, something that did not go unnoticed by Anwesha & she too (i felt) credited Geet silently for the unbiased & short summery of their unfortunate first meeting that Geet presented to Maan.


2>Dinning table scene again Maan sitted in the center with Dadi to his left ...Geet & Anwesha both walk in at the sametime heading towards the same seat that is to Maan's right ....though the ladies dint notice each other...but Geet with full right takes the seat .
Maan smiles & Anwesha shrugs & without making any fuss moves to sit next to Dadi maa

3>He asks her to trust him & come with her..she who was annoyed at his not having tasted the choco mousse & had turned her back on him holds quite for sometime & these few seconds bring a shadow of loss of defeat on Maan's face ...

but she she did not respond immediately not coz she needs to ponder over the thought ...but only coz the question of her trusting him can never arise & thats what makes her wonder why was it even asked ...

but seeing him try to move away with heavy steps she gives voices her faith in him as above everything else ....& brings smile back on his face


IF...if Anwesha has mellowed down her attitude for Geet then beside Maan's commanding statement that 'Haan' he Will marry her , its Geet's simple , truthful self too that is the the reason for the change
