Excellent episode! Today in the show everyone(geet, maan, NT, sasha, PQ ) felt "what just happened?" and so did we!

Hello and welcome to the most famous discussion thread of IF, the DEVIL'S DEN, regarding the show GHSP in another of its mind blowing episode. Here you would find professor Jyo, anjana, doodleberry(on leave), replying your most confusing queries about the show. Monitor ji Gouri will help you to follow the code of conducts and be a sincere devil during your stay in the den. Fellow devils will take you to the land of laughter, thoughts and feelings. Some might want to chop you down but don't worry they are only 3D images. Some will force you to drool and its up to you if you wanna get drunk. But most importantly everyday we either light it up (hil hil ke nacho) or burn it down (halla bol) with our combined devil power. So lets wear the edu de devil and enter the den.

As usual, my pointers:

1. OMG maan saved geet at the very last moment! Who could have imagined that and that too without stairs? Still his anxious face was awwwww. Excellent job DD and GC.

2. NT started quite beautifully today but what happened in the end? Her dialogues and petition to make everyone believe her didn't suit her personality. She is the kind of women who doesn't care much for friendship or relations but only her own interest and wealth. G-Team plz take care of the only vamp left in the show.

3. What do I say about geet NT conversation and maan's roar and action and the janata's reaction? Need time to think and analyze. But for now, it was entertaining, dramatic and a little hollow.

4. Well we all knew that PQ would swap sides once she gets to know the truth and so did happen. I don't understand why everything that happened today feels so familiar? As if we knew what's gonna happen! But I was definitely not ready for PHARTY OWER!

5. Sasha's reaction was also predictable but tasha was a surprise! You abused my maam! How creative!

6. Today I felt that the name of the show should have been ...............Hui Sabse Parayi. And we will fill in the blank whenever anyone falls under that category. Sometimes, geet, other times maan, NT, sasha, dev'..! I mean today I really felt NT hui sabse parayi!

7. Now oopsie, what was that promotion going on by romeo, manisha, adi (Romadi)? They took the whole time of the second half with DLMH promo. Well CVS, if you have extra space now in your show for advertisement then plz let us know. We have things to say too!

8. Finally what I really wanna talk about is geet's reaction. I loved it, loved it and loved it. Anybody who thought geet would be happy with such a situation might have confused her with sasha. Geet is Geet and she was never after charity. But I won't say that maan did anything wrong. Both are right from their point of view but they need time to get used to the idea specially geet. Getting married is not a happy experience for her and now this sudden marriage would only remind her of her past more which needs to be handled carefully by maan. So people, don't be so happy about marriage right away and specially don't demand for CON. Geet needs time, she's tired. Although we know how happy munda is inside and wished he could pat his own back but munda needs to be really tender now else don't come running to the devils for help!

BTW what was that place with pataka bursting? Meera's house? Farmhouse? Outhouse? Tent house?

I'm a sucker 4 love stories and not ashamed of it. Being in love is being positive about life and I always have a positive outlook on life. I loved today's episode for its suspense, high drama, super heroism, histrionics and romance. It had just the right stuff that love stories are made of … right from fairy tales to contemporary romance. All the way from Grimms Fairy tales, to Jane Austen to the Twilight Saga. Brilliant performances by Karishma, Gurmeet and Drashti. Nissar, Swati, CVs we missed the engagement, now give us a full-fledged Maaneet shaadi with all the bells and whistles. U owe us.

And so the suspense and high drama continues. Geet screaming for help. NT after seeing the shocked people watching cries wolf. Geet pleads NT not to let go….when nothing works, Geet screams 'Maan Sir'… heard by Maan in the car ! NT lets go ….PQ, Sasha, Tasha, Adi, 3Ms shocked. Glee on NTs face as Geet starts falling down. But Geet is pulled back just in time ….by Maan. Now how did he find the staircase when Adi and the 3Ms couldn't ? Tsk tsk tsk, Vandana, how can u forget cinematic liberty. Learn to dream, girl. Stop being so logical.

Maan pulls her back unable to believe what almost happened and hugs her. NT seething with anger starts slinking away. Maan cups Geet's face in his palms and asks, Geet tum theek to ho na ? Geet, in tears, nods her head and hugs him. Maan says, Geet, if anything were to happen to you today I would never have been able to forgive myself, never. With this Maaneet hug all speculation in public about their relationship was put to rest. PQ now has an answer why NT's jeth was so protective of Geet. The 3Ms also have more proof. All the other KC staff now knows that Maaneet are back together after the engagement fiasco.

PQ comes up with a glass of water in hand, asking if Geet was OK. Maan notices NT slinking away downstairs and bellows – Ruk jaao NT and runs downstairs followed by Geet and PQ. Maan confronts NT – Itna sab kuch hone ke baad tum yahan se bhaag nahi sakti. Absolutely loved Maan's thunderous expression.

What r u saying Maan Virjee asks NT as Maan advances towards her. U must really appreciate NT's courage in standing her ground even when she is totally at fault. I guess that is what is called the heart of a criminal.

Geet stops him with ek minute Maan Sir, aaj mujhe iss se baat karne dijiye. Geet confronts her with what NT tried to do…meri zindagi barbaad karke tumhe sukoon nahin mila ke tum mere bachche ko marne ki koshish kar rahi ho. Maan, PQ and the rest of the team shocked. I think this is the first time Maan is able to connect the dots as to why NT is after Geet. I know u wanted me away from Maan sir, Geet continues, but to achieve this I didn't expect u to be after an innocent unborn child. Don't you think this was also a dig at all the so called viewers who were demanding an MC ? If u tried to harm my baby again, there will be no one worse then me.

Shut up Geet, thunders NT. Maan is angry but controls himself coz he wants to find out the truth from the snake's belly. NT turns tables and rakes Geet's reputation through mud. She calls Geet an unwed mother, who does not have a name in society twisting the story as she wants. Tumhari pehchaan sirf iss bachche se hai…khud ko kisi ka name de nahi payee, iss bachche ko kiska naam dogi. Bolo Geet , jawab do, hai koi jawab ?

Superb performance by Karishma, !

Maan can't take the injustice anymore. He bellows – Bas NT. Even Geet turns around shocked by the anger in his voice. NT on alert watching him. Maan takes a glass from someone's hand, and crushes it with his bare right hand, blood flowing from his palm. Geet kal tak akeli thi par ab nahi. Saying thus, he moves towards Geet, pulls her closer, looks into her eyes as though forewarning her and smears her maang with his blood. A collective Awwwwww moment for us viewers, PQ, Adi, Sasha/Tasha, 3Ms and the rest of the team too. If earlier, with the hug, Maan had publicized that Maaneet are a couple, with this maang bharaaiee, Maan sealed the relationship in the eyes of the public.

Geet is shocked. PQ, Adi, 3Ms pleased with Maan. Maan still reading Geet's eyes says, Aaj se Geet ke naam ke saath, MSK ka naam bhi jud gaya hai. Aainda Geet ko kuch bhi bolne se pehle, ek baar soch lena tum ke tum kisse baat kar rahi ho. NT is broken, watch the way her shoulders droop. Maan looks at Geet reading her eyes. Then he leads the love of his life out of the room with Maaneet's hands resting at each other's waist. A final nail in Sasha's coffin. Any dreams that she may have had, gone up in smoke.

NT ka cheer haran … for today…. Coz I never know when she'll reinvent herself

NT is left alone to face the music. In whatever way, NT twists her story, what she did was still a crime that was witnessed by a room full of people. First PQ takes a shot at her. U shud be ashamed that being a woman u tried to kill her baby. NT tries to convince her that Geet tried to destroy her home, take away her husband. But PQ interrupts her, saying u must have done something for ur husband to desert u. Adi is happy, 3M's soaking in new info. NT turns to Sasha but Sasha puts her off that she wudnt have helped her had she known. Tasha pipes in that NT used Sasha under false pretences. Good to see Tasha still sticking up for Sasha. Adi too asks NT…to hide ur deeds ur trying to pin the blame on Geet ? NT tries to tell them that Geet is the real criminal not her. But no one believes her anymore. PQ also tells her that I'm ashamed to call u my friend. Unknowingly I was part of this despicable act. Forget friendship, I don't even want to see ur face….The party is over !

Everyone leaves. NT standing alone in the empty hall, totally broken and in tears.

Adi, Romeo n Manish back at KC talking abt the incident. Maanisha says isiliye mein girls pe bilkul bharosa nahi karta and lunges after Adi who deftly hides behind Romeo….ROFL !

Maan drives Geet to the outhouse. Where else can he take her that will keep her safe? Geet's life is in danger from NT. He can't take her to Meera's place coz he probably knows that Dev's shacking up with her. So the safest place is with him in the outhouse. Besides, he's publicly proclaimed her as his wife. I think Dadi will still insist on a formal wedding.

Geet is lost in her thoughts…obviously…she had 2 life threatening accidents and 2 major milestones – Maaneet proclaiming their love for each other plus Maan's unique marriage proposal. Maan comes around and open her car door giving her his hand. Geet takes it, steps out and keeps walking as though in a trance as Maan watches her.

Nissar, Swati, CVs, Barry et al – Great job ! Double Hi 5 ! But I did notice some bloopers.

Blooper #1 – When Geet is falling, she is holding NTs hand. NT should be the first one to release Geet's hand…but Geet releases her hand first. NT is actually holding her and then NT releases her hand. Shouldn't this have been the other way around with NT wanting to release Geet's hand and Geet clinging to NT's hand ? They corrected this in the next

shot.

Blooper #2 – When Geet is sitting in the car, outside the outhouse, she has the seat belt on. As Maan gives her a hand. she takes his hand with seatbelt on but as she steps out seatbelt is gone…no proper continuation there.

Tomorrow is ur first Saturday episode. We all want it to be special. Eagerly looking forward to it (especially after the latest pics u published).

I'd like to say HATS off to the three actors today!! You guys were brilliant!

Next- Barry- NT's dialogues were awesome..and coupled with Karishma's acting..v nice..jhapkisses!

I hope that we'll see a conversation between Maan and Geet..and an intense one..where the words of love might be sneakily put in somehow…nayhow..an intense convo toh banta hai na..

To start with some lines today,

Geet

My hand was slipping,

Fear for my baby gripping,

On and on it grew as the grip on my hand loosened

And I called out to the only one who could save me

Not God, no..instead the man I love, and who loves me

I didn't think he heard me as I started to fall and then…

My searching hand caught his as he pulled his life towards him again

MAan

I pulled her towards me with all that I had..

The fear of losing her was too great ..too sad

I held her and thought of never letting go,

No…she might be out of my arms..but now never as before

I will give up everything to see her safe,

I will never let her out of my heart's gaze

I didn't know ..didn't even entertain for a second the thought of losing her

And of anyone ever tried to hurt her…they will pay for that fatal blunder

I loved the expressions of course...and the show down between Maneet- NT

Maan was so angry there was no telling what he would have done but Geet stopped him and said she'll deal with NT..and she did..and she was very very strong..but NT really became vindictive when she was on self-defence and put all the blame on geet and brought out the reason for MSK to react

"aakhir Aap hain kaun Geet"

"aapki pehchaan sirf aapke bachhe se hai"

Barry- muaah.

It is the summing of the show right?

If GHSP is a journey of a girl to live on her own terms- then as a journey, like all journeys, it is a journey of self-discovery.

Geet derived her pehchaan from baby- because she fought and rebelled against letting go of her baby.

I think it was a bit ambiguous because MAan did fill her maang after

" aap khud ko toh kisi ka naam de nahi saki, toh is bachhe ko kiska naam dengi"

this dialogue gave maan the perfect entry point to claim the baby as his own.

He didn't even think of what he did, as if it was no question.

the anger that anyone had even dared ask Geet that..he CUT his hand..hurt himself

perhaps because the situation arose also because of him(their MU) that Geet was being insulted like this today..

(okay I get squeamish with Blood..even fake...🤢). Looked very convincing..Gc's expression..

and he just put his blood on her..

Didn't that culminate the blood bond between them?😳

sindoor- well, mark of love? of claiming your other half..of taking responsibility...

WHAT I LOVED in this episode was this-

MAan walks of with Geet..not with her behind him..but her WITH HIM...

they walk as equals...as partners..

It touched me..I have wanted to see that...

Could this really be seen as a parallel to the office dragging?

It reminded me of post saree fiasco walking

NT's breakdown was understandable..she was trying to defend herself..but didn't work of course..everything of hers was supposedly 'snatched' by Geet .

I understand her frustration and her jealousy..what I will NEVER understand or sympathise with is her decision of harming Geet and ruining her life further.

So..she's going to commit suicide or attempt to..will be saved by her bhaiya..

please tell me he's a strong villain...😆 we really need one..a male villain and I wish AS would have portrayed but oh well..never mind...😆

Poor Geet..She's in so much shock...she has to bear so much always..her trials seem to be never-ending..isn't it?

Doesn't she deserve some days of happiness?

First she's about to lose her baby...then she is saved, then she is insulted, then she gets unofficially married..a bit too much for anyone,I'd say..she definitely deserves happiness now..

The shock...maan understands of course but she's shocked and can't be with him right now and so he lets go of her hand...very reluctantly😳

he will talk to her, of that I'm sure..sahi bhi hai..they need to talk..

Geet has been married before and not completely out of her own choice too..this time too..it's just maan who did it..of course, doesn't mean she doesn't want to be with him..but she just can't believe it..huge thing to happen to a girl..🤗awww I just feel like giving her a hug now..guess maan will do more than that..COMFORT her and talk to her..CONsole her😆

OMG!!! 😲 I'm so surprised Maan saved Geet! Nope, even after seeing all the spoiler pics and SBS/SBB I'm surprised. Haan! Of course Maan da Sher would have come to save Gith. That aint a surprise thanks to all the countless spoilers we got this week. 😳 Totally ruined the suspense. Anyways, thanks to superb acting, I was still able to enjoy the scene. I loved the expressions on Karishma and Drashti.👍🏼 I do not want anymore spoilers!

Naintara vs. Maaneet showdown......and the winner is Maan and Geet!! The scene was brilliant. Naintara's dialogues were powerful. Naintara attempts to ruin Geet's name but fails again. Way to go Maan da Sher You saved your lady love from public humiliation this time. Naintara tries to turn things on Geet. Except no one believes her. She is so diluted she does not see her own mistakes. Her mind was corrupted to begin with. But the betrayal and loss she has faced created a deadly combination of evil. For the first time we saw Naintara crying out of real sorrow. Sorrow for all she has lost and for her solitude. She feels sorry for herself. But she fails to see that her situation is self created. Now her solitude will make her go to extremes once more. Karishma, Drashti, and Gurmeet were awesome. 👏 👏 👏

Ek chutki sindoor - 😲 Did Maan really do that? Yes he did!! ok I'm not really shocked, but I like it! Its about time.😆 It was very dramatic.

What was up with wasting show time to promote that new show? 😡

Overall a good episode. 👍🏼

First of all some well deserved rounds of applause
1. Karishma take a bow you rocked as NT today 👏 👏 👏
From the woman who is challenging the paternity of Geet's child to the the
woman who is pleading with her friend and supporter (Sasha) to believe her
to playing the woman who is in denial about her own role in everything - you
were outstanding.
2. DD you were great as the mother defending your unborn child. For the first
time you called NT out for threatening your life in front of everyone and
told her she should not even consider harming your child.
3. GC - there was not much for you to do today. But the rescue and the
emotions that followed were portrayed beautifully 👏 👏 👏. The maang
bharaoing was a little OTT for me but it could have been worse if you had
not been the one doing it 😉 😆. The car scene was very nice.😃
4. Rakhi Tandon deserves a special mention today. For the first time since she
entered Geet I liked her performance. She conveyed the shaken Sweety who
witnessed the unexpected and was dealing with the fact that her friend could
use her to kill somebody. She was stunned to see her friend's true colors and
called her on it. She showed NT a mirror and told her in no uncertain terms
how despicable she found her actions were and that she was ashamed of
calling herself NT's friend.
5. Kannika's performance was the surprise. She portrayed Sasha's shock and
then her utter contempt for NTs actions very well.
6. Praneet and the bandars did very well and everyone's expressions were great.
7. I especially liked the way everyone changed their expressions from relief that
Geet was safe..........to concern when Maan called NT out ......to shock
when Geet made her accusations.......to puzzled when NT made counter
accusations and then finally to happiness when Maan filled Geet's maang.
They rounded it all off with showing disbelief at NTs actions and then
contempt for NT by walking off. Most of their faces said that they did not
believe this woman was so deluded that she was blaming the victim. A special
round of applause for all the actors and the director and the crew for pulling
this off. I am sure this took lot of hard work. 👏 👏 👏
8. NT did not have one ally in the room when it was all over. This explains why
she will need to use her brother as a new pawn. Everyone else knows the truth
and will not entertain her.
9. That background music when he was bharoing her maang....straight out of
the 80s 🤣🤣🤣.....nice touch.....I got the joke...but that was
seriously lame 🤣
10. The party theme was retro so all the characters were behaving retro too -
filling maang's with blood and what not. 🤣🤣🤣


Now for the brickbats
1. How the heck did Maan get up there so fast 🤣.......or
NT sure did take her own time to let Geet go 🤣........was
time at a standstill until Maan got here using his super powers 🤣🤣🤣
2. That maang bharoing thing was one of the lamest sequences I have ever seen
🤣.......seriously I expected something a little more
sophisticated and logical. Breaking hand on glass that too one someone else is
drinking from.....chi chi babji.....who knows what infections the person has
or if that person even brushed their teeth in the morning 🤢
(hey people forget you know 🤣)
3. W*H was that promotion for 3 freakin minutes 😡
4. Why are you destroying the suspense by releasing new pics on FB 😡


Anyone feeling sorry for NT read this

If your husband is an alcoholic would you serve him a drink ?? HELL NO because once he takes a sip he is gonna fall off the wagon and then there is no going back 🤣......everyone knows that.

Dev is a womanizer and his weakness is women. NT knew this then why did she throw a beautiful young woman into this arms. She should have known better. She did it because she thought she could control her husband. But the truth of the matter is Dev's vice got the better of him. She was the one who put him in the situation because of her greed.

So yes it is her fault that she is in this mess today. Is it her fault alone nope both Dev and NT share 50-50 IMHO. But the thing is that Dev regrets what he did. Does that excuse him. Hell no. 😡 But NT is still in denial and is in fact seeing herself as the victim and blaming the victim as the perpetrator. See therein lies the difference. It is all in the perception. In her eyes she had done nothing wrong. She was just trying to help her husband no matter how many people were destroyed while she did that. She is justifying her mistakes because that is the only way she can be truly strong. She has to believe she was wronged by everyone to stay strong.

PS: Very average episode...but W*H...I am tired of analyzing so congratulations anyway!
