I just realized that NT and Geet are so similar in their attitudes and attributes. Both are very headstrong and resilient, and both want justice. Of course, NT's version of justice is skewed, but she believes what Geet did was unfair. Geet was able to rebuild her life with Maan, but NT has nobody now. Also, a baby was not part of NT's plan, and yet she is being punished for Dev taking it too far. It is questionable now whether she ever loved Dev, but in the beginning, it was quite obvious that the plan was concocted by both Dev an NT, but Dev was the one who took it too far. Then as the show progressed, NT became the vamp because that's what garnered the TRPs.
Who would've thought? The vamp and the heroine have very similar attributes. Both love their respective partners dearly, but NT's love is unfortunately tempered because Dev does not have Maan's dewaangi and his charisma/ money (Who can blame her? Her husband is one weak-minded character). Both want justice. Both are here to stay, no matter what.
I am glad they are fleshing out NT's character. I think she will be the next Sindoora.
