This forum is again bustling with pro and anti views...Being a die hard Maan fan, I send my love to all those who supported Maan's reaction through this post....this is not a post meant to bash Geet 's slap because I personally do not see her slap as 'A SLAP'. Read on if you are Maan's supporter but if you are blindfolded by Geet 's reaction then venture at your own risk..
Geet fell in the pool and Maan saved her yet again....I wondered why Adi did not jump to save her?...well so it is proved that it is nobody else's but only Maan's prerogative to save her every time. See destiny has forced Maan to be her savior....So Miss high and mighty destiny what is Maan?...Geet's bodyguard???....Wonderful! What a job assignment for the person who deserve all the love and respectful of the world. Poor savior! He does not even protest because he thinks he is doing the most honorable job...What a hallucination?
Yes, hallucination is what Geet always cast on him.....he saved her from the pool...he looked into those deep eyes and lost himself. He forgot that same eyes had insulted him and mocked at him so many times in past two weeks...but today on the contrary, was he seeing admiration for himself...Geet realized that this is how she has always felt safe in his arms.....this is how they have met....Maan also remembered the same....There in HSP when he carried her out of water he was not looking at her...he was rude and indifferent..he just dropped her on reaching at the shore but here he very slowly and gently carried her, not breaking their gaze....lost in her eyes...he glanced around and was least bothered at people staring at them...he continued to look deep into her eyes...he put her down on her feel very gently and slowly...with absolute calmness....Geet was also satisfied and comfortable..she though that storm has calmed down....but her blurt stirred Maan's control once again..."hum aisi hi pehli bar mile the."...Maan was shocked and he jerked her away. Instantly, he became defensive thinking after all the sourness how can she act so normal?.....did she read his feeling yet again...is she mocking at the way he feels in her presence? if so, he will not let her do anymore drama...."Circus is finished"...yes Geet has made a circus out of his like. She has made his love look like a circus.....a tamaasha. He has danced on her tunes for long enough..but now he will not repeat a railway station or a manali mall scene where he proclaimed his love putting her self-respect his prestige all at stake...He will no longer let Geet treat him like circus ka sher...enough is enough. But Geet on the other hand was also shocked. She took this dialogue upon herself....She remembered all the hateful things that Maan told her and decided to talk to Him.....An intligent move Geet, I must say. But your reasons for which you were trying to clear the situations were wrong...she said to Pinky and Adi that Maan cannot just insult her or be her God whenever he wants...but darling Geet are you not doing the same. Haven't you treated him like a doormat... why the big cry? You have been always the beneficiary and Maan been the benefactor....Pity your relationship never turned into an equal partnership. Kyun kis ko bardasht kar raha hai..Geet?...why are you tolerating this if you are so disgusted...just leave and go... why do you want an answer...and as my friend Kashish rightly say why should he explain anything to you?...

Party was in full swing but amidst all the shor sharaba, Maan was standing all alone raging over the their sour relationship that is slipping out of his grip....Mujhe tumhare aasoon se, ya muskurane se farq nahin padta Geet...and then his again lament over his lost love...why Geet .....why have you changed..you were not like others....

Geet found him near the bear bar....she coaxed him to speak up but Maan kept quite...He was confused as why she has come looking for him? Why can't she leave me alone?...He was sad..He did not know what to speak for he knew if he would open his mouth; his pain will come out... He tried to avoid her and commanded, " gar jao Geet"

Maan was speechless for once...How can he reveal his pretend?...No way he is not going to tell he is hurt...He will not reveal his wounds to her and if she can't understand him without him saying a word then she should better not understand him at all.... He was thinking for an excuse to avoid Geet's such direct question.Then Geet and Ahaana had a little convo-counter where Geet said ---as you sow so shall you reap...Well !Well! Well! Geet dear, so you understand what this proverb means...You are angry with Ahana....or with Maan or with both?.....Keep it up babes soon your anger is going to blind you. Maan senced Geet's anger and he looked at Ahana with disgust...He offered his help again but she refused...Okay girl you have a self respect...Good. But it always props out at a wrong time....
Ahana invited Maan on the dance floor..He refused....His whole being was dancing at a very different tune right then which was not enjoyable at all. He was still looking at Geet with complaint in his eyes and was thinking for a way out to avoid any sort of discord with Geet and Ahaana gave him one....He grabbed the opportunity and moved away least he say another hurtful thing to her....
But with he cannot resist himself showing how much he missed him during the dance. Never once he could keep his eyes away from her. He strode towards her with authority, extending his hand to her...first time his eyes pleaded with tears in his eyes...She also had tears showing her dilemma whether to accept it or not...Her hurt was quite evident so was his...Maan wanted to made her realized that he had extended his hand like that to her but she refused...but now even if she wants to she won't be able to get his hand so easily. ...She can't just reach out and have him...He brushed her while dancing telling her that this was close they were...Geet knew exactly what he was trying to show to her but her heart sank when he lifted Ahaana up...He reminded her this is how he always lifted her up in every situation of life.......She could not bear it....tears rolled down her cheeks so she went away..
Instantly Maan left Ahaana ....Ahaana was just a prop for him....He stopped Geet and confront her this time....Geet ab sulagti raakh main haath dala hai to angaari lagainge hi...
After this what happened was the collision of two broken stars...both crossing each other's trajectory.
Maan was angry...Geet was Jelous...reason behind then was same....Unspoken Love.
Geet tried to walk away but maan pulled her back...But Geet hit the epicenter again....Kyon apna tamaasha bana rahe hai...why are you doing something that you know is wrong.....then again Everything that has happened is wrong...everything that is happening is wrong....Good girl So after all you have realized the pain that Maan is going through....and it hurts you too..So word it girl....say it. Don't run now!...
Geet stirred the flickering ash and he flared up ...all his pent up feeling just came out in open...You cannot see me with other girl....You don't like when I give importance to somebody else...you cant stand my nearness to other girls....Maan wanted Geet to openly accept that she was feeling jealous.....he touched the epicenter of her pain...She was shocked...she pushed Maan "leave Me"....Maan pulled her back into his arms..."Tumhe farq padata hai Geet...when I don't come near you....when I don't dance with you..."..Maan kept stirring her. He wanted Geet to react and accept that it does affect her. This angered Geet furthermore ...He tried to push him but he pressed her against himself and forced her into dance..... Maan misbehaved... and it ended up in a slap... Geet also misbehaved.
Wow! Miss Geet khud ke haath jale toh chaata aga diya.....Kaha tha na mat chedo...Adi ne bhi samjhaya tha.....
But to me that was not even a slap...it was not preconceived like you slapped Dev. This slap was out of defense...well when you can't attack you have to defense..and the moment Geet did it she knew she has done the biggest mistake of your life...You were a winner when you slapped Dev...but you became a loser when you slapped Maan...a person who has been your saviour, your defender....Pyaar nahin toh ahsaan hi mana hota uska...A Slap should be an answer to every roadside romeo but he is your love..how could you slap the person you love even if he wrong? Agreed he was just forcing you to dance. but why did you react so sharply.. He not attacking on your izzat......He had forced you to dance on kurbaan hua.....which you enjoyed and still remembers but today you've crossed your limits dear Geet. How can a truthful girl like you do be so unfair...Please Geet don't lose your goodness...be wise..think twice before you act...See what anger can make you do..you were angry on Ahana and bechara Maan bali ka bakra ban gaya...Maan to gusse main bhi tumhe nahi maarta tumko. He knows how toshow his anger in the right volume..but you have still not learned to rein your anger.
Just imagine if Maan would have behaved in the similar manner when Geet said aapko farq padata hai...Actually he would have given you a tight slap on that day in front of board members.....and made you realize your fault. par Maan to Maan hai...abhi bhi kuch nahin kahega..bus 'walk out' karega.
If wonder if even your tons of kisses and hugs would ever wash away this act of yours.
And Maan dear you really have made a tamasha of yourself ..why for a girl you are spoiling your image...why are you hurting yourself just to hurt her....Is she worth it? Oh! Yes...For you she worth a life...That's your love.
