Part 8:
Geet walked down the stairs with a Rosh who was looking stunning.
"Geet main gir jaaoon gi!!!" Rosh panicked.
"Wow my bestiee jo normally aise chalti hai jaisay koi cat walk kar rahi ho, who nervous hai!?"
"Haan, agar main gir gayee toh sab hasain gay" Rosh said giggling.
"So, if someone fell you would laugh for sure making me laugh with you" Geet said teasing.
And they both looked at each other giggling.
Rosh wore a beautiful lehenga with the pallu on her head and a bindiya.

And Geet looked stunning in her outfit.
They both made their way down the decorated isle covered with rose petals on the ground'towards the mandap where Varun waited.
Maan who was standing just behind a pillar beside a seated Varun peaked through to look at the most beautiful girl he had ever saw in his life. An angel walking on earth.
Ever since the meeting at the shop they had not met. Geet was angry and so was Maan. Why was she leaving him and why was he not stopping her. And why did they care about each other.
"Ajnabee hi rehne deti toh behtar hota!! Why am I bothered? Lekin woh ek baar toh keh sakta tha na keh why are you going don't leave or I'll miss you!! She had sobbed in frustration. Geet he's just a player he doesn't care about you tu kyun uske peeche paagal ho rahi hai!?" she had thought over and over again for the past week.
The same situation was with Maan.
"Hum sirf dost hain I don't like her or anything!! Maan you and love never goes together aur shaadi toh door ki baat hai'.magar mujhe kyun aisa lag raha ke mere dil ka koi hissa kahin door jaa raha hai? Aur waise bhi woh kyun jaa rahi hai? Humare beech kuch nahi hai warna woh naa jaati!!"
Rosh looked down actually blushing and complimenting her dress. As the women adored her smiling at her and silently wiping tears.
"Geet main nahi rone wali make-up saara kharaab ho jaaye ga!" Rosh said while looking at her teary-eyed mother.
Geet looked at her in sympathy.
As Geet helped her sit beside her almost-to-be husband she said:
"Here Varun your package has arrived. Please handle with care!" she said giggling.
"Itni pyaari lag rahi hai kisiki nazar na lage" said Rosh's mother in law.
"Shayad Varun ki hi lag jaaye!!" giggled Geet.
"Uff itni shararti hai bas bhi kar jaa" said Rano.
Geet went over and stood by her mom who was on the opposite side of them. She hugged her mom from the side putting her head on her shoulder and staring at the couple in awe.
As she was looking at them and mouthing words to Rosh Maan could see her as he was infront of the pillar leaning on it behind the curtains that hung from the mandap.
She was certainly gorgeous, he loved teasing her and he loved her reactions'.her expressions'her eyes'..her way of talking'..her way of looking at him''his heart skipped a beat when she said his name.
"NOO!! Maan aisa nahi ho sakta, you can't be in love with her! Agar main use rokne ki koshish bhi karoon toh kya hoga, kuch nahi. She's leaving" he said sadly in his head.
Geet who was busy now saw Maan looking at her.
She smiled but then realized what she was doing and her smile turned into a sad expression. But then again she scolded herself for showing that she was hurt so she looked at him with attitude now.
"Acha attitude!! Fine be that way if you have attitude I have more attitude!!" he said changing his awe-struck look to a sexy half-smile.
She turned away rolling her eyes.
Then the ceremony began and they all threw flowers at them.
While doing so Maan came to stand beside Geet.
"Why do we startle them by throwing flowers at them?" he asked whispering.
"Mujhse baat kar rahe ho?" she said looking at him.
"Nahi maine kab kaha?" he said ignorantly.
"Uff!!! Tum na! I'm sorry I forgot tum paagal ho aur paagal log aise hi behave karte hain!" she said sirking.
"I know Geet paagal log bilkul tumhari tarhah baat karte hain" he said looking at the couple.
Varun now placing sindoor in her maang.
She glared at him then walked away.
He chuckled.
The reception had now started'and the couple made their entrance. People cheered and yelled and there was confetti.
Varun looked hot in his outfit he walked holding Rosh's hand blushing.
Maan made his way to the dance floor with a mike.
While girls who gawked at him, he looked stunning.

"It's now time for the couple to do their first dance-infront of us that is!" he winked and left.
The lights dimmed and Varun and Roshni started to dance to slow music the DJ played.
The couple who were lost in each other came so close.
Realizing this Maan went and dimmed the lights so people couldn't interrupt them. No other couples started dancing.
Now the next number played.
Maan sat on the table and drank some fresh cold water to calm himself down. Just then he saw Geet looking at him.
She walked over to him.
"Challo thodi sharam toh hai tumme, lights jo dim kar din hain unki privacy ke liye" she said looking ahead while putting one hand on the table.
"Mujhme toh bohat sharam hai tumme nahi hai" he said looking at her naughtily.
She squinted her eyes in wonder.
Just as she was going to speak a girl in a blue dress approached Maan.
"Hi handsome I'm Pooja, tum mere saath dance karo gay kya?" she said completely ignoring Geet.
Maan looked at Geet who had even a more worse expression than whenhe spilled water on the girl at the gym.
He smirked.
"Sure'i have to say you have a beautiful voice" he said making up a lie just to tick her off.
The girl looked like she had just went up to the moon and back.
Before a TICKED OFF and jelous Geet's mouth could drop lower h grabbed the girl and led her to the dance floor.
Geet watched as he danced the girl making seductive circles on his shoulder.
She clenched her jaw.
"Kameeni Churail!!" she said aloud as she saw the low cut neck Maan had been wearing.
"Would you like to dance? I'm Rahul naam toh suna hi hoga" he said as he forwarded his hand.
She looked at him then at Maan.
"That dialogues getting old but still let's go" she said leading him to the dance floor.
Now Maan who was slowly dancing in circles with the girl looked to where Geet was, she wasn't in her spot.
He then looked over and saw her with a handsome looking guy who had his HANDS ON HER WAIST!!!???
He tightened his grip.
The girl who felt him hold her tighter leaned in closer.
"Sab ke saamne?" she said whispering in his ear.
"Haan sab ke saamne!!!" he said outraged still looking at them.
The girl giggled.
"Mummy Papa yahan pe hain" she said.
"I know koi sharam nahi hai uncle auntie ke saamne!!?" he said still piercing his gaze on Rahul who now noticed him.
"Tum thoda sabar nahi kar sakte?" the girl asked now running her finger down his cheek.
He looked at her now.
"Kya sabar??Woh kameena!!" he said but stopped as he saw her expression change.
"Kya kaun?" she said backing up a little.
As they looked at each other confused the DJ spoke.
"Switch your partners!!!"
Maan twirled the girl into Rahul's arms quickly grabbing Geet.
"Uh!! Can you be a bit more gentle I'm wearing a heavy dress main gir jaaoon gi" Geet said now slightly getting a hint to this reaction.
"Rahul itna acha dance karta hai" she said suppressing her giggles.
"What?! that kameena doesn't know how to dance!!" he said whispering louder.
She looked at him smirking she knew that Rahul was a HORRIBLE dancer.
"Who bhi kuch kam kameeni nahi thi!" she said remembering the girl running her finger down Maan's cheek.
"Acha tumhe badi jalan ho rahi hai?" he asked smirking.
"Main? HUH! You must be joking right?" she said in a higher pitch than usual.
He chuckled at this.
"By the way tum mujhe kyun besharam keh rahe the?" she asked now looking at him ignoring the current that ran through her now that his hand was on her bare waist. How come it only felt like this when he touched her?
He tried to control his senses lost in her bare skin and her hazel eyes.
"Yaad hai jab tumne mujhe kiss kiya tha!" he said rubbing it in.
She turned bright red.
"Toh tumne bhi toh kiya tha!!" she said defending herself.
"Lagta hai tumhe experience hai kissing ka" he said teasing her.
"I'm not like YOU!! And main toh sirf tumhe dikhaa rahi thi that I know how to kiss too" she said now mentally punching herself for saying that.
He smirked.
"Ha! Mujhe dikha rahi thi! Well mujhe acha laga" he said making her blush.
"That was then this is now'." She said silently confused of her own words.
Now all the girls were on one side and the boys on the other.
"Antakshri TIME!!" said Mohit one of Varun's friends.
"Challo you guys start we called it first!" the girls said giggling.
"Varun I dedicate this to you!!" Mohit said winking at him.
Varun and Roshni who sat on the swing now looked at each other in wonder.

The guys laughed at Varun who glared at them now.
"Ab tum logon ki baari hai" said one of the guys sitting.
Girls sitting in the back started to sing'.

They finished off smugly. Geet looked at Maan raising an eyebrow.

He finished off. Everyone looked at him in shock.
"WOW dude I didn't know you could sing decently!" said one of the guys sitting beside him.
Geet who recovered from butterflies in her stomach spoke up.
"Singing? That was piercing my ears!" she said covering the real way she felt when he sang that. She had to tell herself it was only a song.
"As if you could do better!!" he said challenging her.
"That was only one line that's not fair!!" said one of the girls.
"So? It was a song! Stop stalling for time!" said one of the guys.
Geet who was in an intense eye lock with Maan looked up.

He looked at her singing that. It felt like it was just for him.

The boys ended smugly.

"Shukar hai!" Geet said not realizing Maan was listening to her. He smirked at that. Boy was he going to miss her.

The girls stood up equally competing.
"This is war!" Rosh whispered into Varun's ear.
"Only lasting for 15 more minutes!!" he winked. She put her head on his shoulder.
Just then Varun's mom went over to see what was happening.
"Auntie dekhain lardkiyaan humme kharaab karne ki koshish kar rahi hain!" said Maan winking at Varun.
"Maan tum log bhi kuch kam nahi the!" said Rosh.
"At least we weren't singing desperate songs!" said Maan winking at Geet.
"Hawwww'.Maan!" she said gaping.
"Acha acha bas!! Sab jaanti hoon main! Challo ab dulha dulhan ko kamre main'" Auntie indicated.
"The only good part about marriage" said Maan leaning over to Varun.
Varun high-fived him.
Today was the day that Geet had to leave. She was crying last night like there was no tomorrow. She had now decided that she loved him but there was no use of one-sided love. She just sat there remembering all the parts spent with him all the moments'.She sighed.
Rosh insisted on staying until Geet left then she could peacefully go to her honeymoon. But Geet had forced her saying that she would get busy later so she should go now. After two days of convincing she had agreed and left for Rome.
Maan got a call he picked it up.
"Hey!? Shouldn't you be enjoying?" he said naughtily.
"Maan shut up? Waise maine yeh kehne ke liye phone kiya ke Geet apna phone nahi utha rahi. Aaj uski flight haina, toh main samjhi tum uske saath ho gay?" said Rosh.
Maan suddenly felt cold. "Aaj? Wasn't it next week?" he asked sweating now. "No stupid! And tumhe nahi bataya usne she got it pushed a week earlier"
He clenched his fists.
"Okay bye!" he hung up quickly. How could that be? She was leaving? Realization dawned on him and he changed quickly and ran to the airport. He had to say bye, he had to tell her he would miss her.
She was sitting waiting at the airport with her weeping mother and sad but proud father. "Mom it's okay!" she assured her mother who hugged her now. But all Geet could think of was Maan and that he didn't even call her once. Being stubborn herself she had gotten frustrated and pushed her flight a week early. If he didn't care she wouldn't either. The announcement was made she had to leave now. She bid goodbye to her parents. She felt cold as she stood in line. Had she made a mistake not telling him? Only once if he could come and tell her that he would miss her just once.
He was driving fast and all he could think of was that he loved her'.
"I have to tell her just once phir job hi uska faisla ho ga wohi mera. How will I stay away from those eyes, that beautiful smile? Her words that touch my heart each time?" He reached the airport running quickly.
He went to check if she was there and she wasn't. He almost choked his fingers were numb and his heart stabbed.
He stood there like a dead body.
