I am SO unbelievably cut right now! It's 3:21 am and I was doing my assignment! And guilty as charged, I do admit that I was browsing through the Geet forums, reading the live update and various other topics. And so I go back to my pending assessment and type away. One segment of my small brain was concentrating on the assignment whereas the remainder of my unfaithful illogical brain was thinking about Maan and Geet.

So 10 minutes ago I finished my assignment. Yipeeee Right? 🥳 Yeah uh no...So I submitted it happily, then clicked on the link to watch the first part of today's episode. Then for some odd reason I just felt the urge to have a look at my assignment (which may I add has already been submitted). And as soon as I read the ending paragraphs, I wanted to die! Instead of writing the correct characters name, I typed Maan and Geet instead for every different character! 😳

I'll show you an example extracted right from microsoft word!

Harold Pinter's (1960) play text, 'The dumb waiter' concludes on a tense moment where Maan is aiming his revolver at the door and Geet stumbles in (Pinter 1960). The play ends with both the main characters, Maan and Ben, staring at one another in absolute silence. 'He raises his head and looks at Geet. A long silence. They stare at each other'

OMG! How could I have made such a lousy mistake! OMG! I'm GOING to fail! *faints*

I feel as if I'm the only person living on this universe right now that could possibly do something so dumb! 😭 Well there goes my chance of passing my final assignment. Yep.....I may as well wave at failure right now - since that's where I'm currently heading too!

@ Shaila - I don't understand myself! How could I make such a massive mistake like that! And as if my lecturer would overlook such a huge mistake. It's uni not primary school

Don't freak. Contact the teacher and explain that you were up too late after all the diwali revelry and that you were typing the last part of the assignment while half asleep. Your friend/roommate/sister was yapping non-stop about Maan and Geet and hence the confusion.

PS: This will only work if the problem is in the last few paras.
