That JUST one misunderstanding broke her more than Dev!! Maan defined love as "bharosa and vishwas', Geet defined it as "always together"... So for her Maan was not with her in the most important point!!

She went to confront him, which again shows her trust... Unfortunately it created a scene..........He dragged her...she shouted.....he used physical power.....she asked for clearance...Maan offended......listed the favours......Geet offended........She wanted to leave.........Maan hurt......Dragged her out of KC........Geet hurt.......Media........Geet told infront of media.....Maan hurt that she misunderstood........His ego......He said she cant do anything.....Her Ego.........She wants to prove her worth!!

Dont you see both are to be blamed or the more fair circumstances are to be blamed ??
If you say Geet broker her promise and left Maan , then according to her Maan also broke his promise and betrayed her!! Both are right and wrong in their respective places!!

Maan coulnt belive his disciple can leave him......or Geet doesnt want his protection!!
Geet couldnt believe that Maan has no faith in her in terms of her ability!! Which self respect girl will like that??

Now both want to prove other wrong!!

As audience we know its a MU for Geet but Geet doesnt know it yet. So untill she knows the truth she will be grieving about Maan's betrayal!! She will fight against Maan!!! Can you actually blame her?


And she geeting to be a CEO...well Yash offered her the job or rather he forced/tricked her to take the job !! She was doin g a damn good job at her p[osition as well untill Maan played unfair!! And in reality how a biz tycoon like Maan make a peon CEO... Geet was far better in that position and she did prove her worth also!!!

I really miss old Geet character, too. The way they are writing her now she has lost her vulnerability, which made her relatable. It didn't make her weak to have a softer heart. Whatever happened to "Meri saare duniya yeh hai?" Sigh.

dear i'll take all the criticism on maan except the trustworthy part. i'm not sure if u've ever been in a relationship...even in regular friendships many many hurdles come and u don't go in-front of a whole office meeting and shamefully declare ..i won't marry u. to the guy who has held a naked sword twice for u. once when he didn't like u at all & the other time when he was totally in luv. geet's misunderstandings were a matter of only 1 day. she didn't even change her clothes & went to conclusions so quickly. maan was absolutely right when geet asked him" why do u want to marry me" and he chose not to answer. if u'r luv is so baseless that it needs words after all u've been through then it must be a mere affection not luv at all. if she was even half the person the writers showed us before, she won't go public like that. that's really like a 3rd class cheap girl. no decent girl would do such a thing to even their enemy....all in all sadly i was in luv with geet's character for so long. i'm not mad...just hurt on what she has become.
