@ all: I just wish that Geet had some basic legal knowledge ... She could then just turn around to MSK and tell him, "Well, Mr. Khurana ... the 'work for two years or pay me the two-year salary' clause is unconscionable and therefore not enforceable in law. So, good luck with your new acquisition and start looking for a new factory manager!!"
