2ndly...although Geet is still climbing the ladder, she is not being allowed to do so. Everyone needs to fall and learn for themselves. If you spoon feed at every step, the end result will be a loser. It's like getting high grades and becoming a doctor by cheating. What kind of a doctor will that be when he actually has to treat patients?
3rdly Maan is not at self-actualization. I think he is a bit short of reaching there. Remember how judgmental he was after knowing Geet's pregnancy? Geet is on the border of Safety and Love/Belonging and I feel Maan is border of Esteem and self-actualization. I think both will help each other tread the last step. He will have to wait till she climbs the ladder to reach where he is - if only he lets her. The way things are moving, he is hell bent on forcefully carrying her, but fails to realize everyone needs to grow by themselves.
Geet has a long way to go. She thinks she is at Esteem, but she really isn't. She needs to come back to earth and realize that she cannot gain esteem while she is still struggling for living, struggling to find a place for herself in this world.
Maan is an arrogant man...one filled with pride. He thinks he can get what he wants, but fails to realize love and relationship cannot be bought. You need to earn love. And Geet will teach him this lesson. Hence I feel both will enter the last stage together.
I know you are a Maan lover...these are just my thoughts.
