To add to this discussion....Maan does need Geet...he cannot abide his life without her...and it bothers him that she is moving on...and presumable able to live without him....so he is insinuating himself on her yet again....in efforts to throw off her balance...a monkey wrench of sorts......no?

the first boldface :

I guess I've been using need in the context of actual things... that are tangible... house, car, job, to wield a sword and kill the goons etc....not the more amorphous ...like... smiles and just peace of mind, to feel happy etc... for that I'm using want...

I dont know about this Nags... will wait to see how this pans out a bit. I get the feeling the man does want Geet to be with him but he will not hurt her either. He is trying to show her that it was only because he "liked" her... he was so nice to her or he is never this way with anyone else...And now since she has decided to be "anyone else.." she shouldnt expect him to treat her specially either. She chose to go away...And as much as she aches Im sure he does too only wont show it because he wants her to realize something.... which she will but i think in other ways than Maan has planned

He is a man of huge ego and so is she even if she tries to camoflauge that as self respect (and I think ego is a normal human emotion...who would love to see a couple saints discussing and resolving issues peacefully without) . Both are obstinate people as well. It's wonderful to see these two fight and scream (but not in public please... I really got put off by that) and then come together and hug and kiss and (NOT say sorry) ...not needed...

I think thats how the role reversal in the two would be perfect becusae till now its Geet needing and Maan wanting, now with that already established, we need to cement the fact that now it will be Maan needing and Geet wanting.........that way both their forces are equal with each other.

this plot is da story of Sir Maan Singh Petruchio Khurana, an angry young man from diwalon ka shehar Delhi n Madame Geet Katherina Handa a punjabi khudi frm HP......where Sir Khurana is taming Madame Handa wid different psychological torments so as to teach her a lesson😳.....who ever looses in dis at da end it will b da win of eternal n pure Love.....

Maan is a man true to his words...he promised her to b wid her through thick n thin....den hw can he stay away frm her at dis tym??He is angry, insulted.....his ego hurt....bt still its only Love n concern dat he feels fr her.......tryin his level best not to show his care n love fr her.....yet he fails in his deed........she trips n he is compelled to hold her...to make sure she is safe.....wat can i say abt dis man?! so much anger......even his hate is filled wid love n only love fr her.....

Geet for me was Maan's perfect better half today...she has started thinking lyk him...started reactin lyk him....its Maan who is filled in her.....she connects each n evrything to him....be it da person who she hears has taken over da company or ven she gets lockd up...how much eva she trys she vil nt b able to move on...coz he has made a plaz in her heart which cannot be taken or be filled wid nyone elz......

Da staff of da factory - well dey r in here for sum fun element....😉

I totally agree with this statement. This is the way I want the show to go with this track. I don't want a repeat of what we had in KC happening at Indian Paints, I want the story to actually evolve and move forward.

Maan wants and thinks Geet needs him and that she can't cope without him but I want him to realise it's actually the other way around. He is showing this subconsciously as he can't stay away from her, he gets a detective and finds out where she is, he buys the company she works for, makes sure she can't leave by putting a clause he knows she cannot break to ensure she can't leave him this time even if she wants too. He thinks and tells himself he is doing all this so he can prove that he is right but he is doing the opposite.

Geet needs to be independent and able to survive on her own. This is true for anybody, no one should be soo dependent on their partner, it's not healthy. It's not wrong if Maan supports Geet but she shouldn't be totally dependent on him. There needs to a balance.
