Geet tells Maan that she spotted Dev in the hotel but he feels she is imagining. Geet is upset and still thinking about the incident. Maan cheers her up. Manav stays back in the office to help Arjun and Anvesha in the wedding planning. Maan requests his next door boys to make less sound as its disturbing. The boys are drunk and it turns in to a big fight. Dev makes those drunk guys vacate the hotel. The boys come back to the hotel to create a fight because they were made to vacate the hotel in the night. Maan and Dev come face to face. Anvesha tells Manisha and Romeo to leave as it's too late. Manav too leaves. Arjun and Anvesha are left alone in the office. Arjun and Anvesha are working late night. Anvesha is stressed out and faints. Arjun looks after her.

Maan doesn't tell Geet about his encounter with Dev as it might affect her health. Maan decides to take Geet back to Delhi as he fears Dev harming her. Arjun puts Anvesha to sleep and sleeps on a different sofa. Geet is shocked when Maan tells her that they have to return to Delhi immediately. Geet is upset as she doesn't want to return and forces Maan to change his plan and stay back. Maan fears Geet meeting Dev. Manav calls Anvesha to discuss a list. Arjun tries both their numbers and finds them busy. Arjun feels uncomfortable to see Anvesha and Manav spending time with each other. Maan avoids going out with Geet for sightseeing, but is forced to step out by Geet. Maan sees Dev again and warns him to stay away from Geet. Geet sees Maan tensed and questions him but he doesn't tell her about Dev. Manav spots Anvesha in a green suit and expresses his desire to see her in a pink suit. Arjun hurts Anvesha by telling her to fulfill Manav's desire.

Dev feels guilty for spoiling Geet's life and hurting his family members. He is upset as he has lost his family members and have broken their trust. Arjun notices Manav staring at Anvesha. Manav inquires about Anvesha's personal life from Arjun. Arjun scares Manav by telling him about Anvesha's possessive brother, who doesn't let any guy come close to her. Arjun wants Manav to stay away from Anvesha. Arjun makes Manav believe that Anvesha's brother is influential and can do anything. Manav gets scared and starts distancing himself from Anvesha. Anvesha files a police complaint against a don named Babu Gujjar who has taken away all her contractors for his brother's marriage. Babu Gujjar calls Anvesha and threatens her. The don sends his goons to scare Anvesha. Manav gets scared and escapes. The goons enter the office and threaten the staff. Arjun doesn't let Anvesha face the goons and faces them himself.

Geet meets Dev in the reception. She is shocked to see him and remembers her dreadful past. Geet faints due to the shock and Dev supports her. Dev calls the doctor to examine Geet. The doctor tells Dev that Geet's pregnancy has a lot of complications. Maan is worried for Geet. The doctor advises Maan to keep Geet away from stress. Maan is angry with Dev and decides to leave the hotel. Dev requests him not to leave, assuring he will leave the hotel himself. Arjun handles the goons and sends them off with a good note. Anvesha is impressed. Manav sends flowers to Anvesha with an apology letter stating that he had to leave the city due to work. Arjun is happy. A client comes to Anvesha's office for a wedding contract. Their budget is extremely low and Arjun refuses to accept their deal. The clients feel insulted and leave. Anvesha is angry with Arjun for insulting her clients. Arjun is determined not to accept any low budget projects as he doesn't want his company to go under a loss.

Maan and Geet leave for Delhi. Even Dev leaves the hotel. Anvesha and Arjun find differences in the way they work and get in to an argument. Maan cheers up Geet who is upset about leaving Shimla. He takes her to a chaat shop. Anvesha wonders why Manav suddenly disappeared. Geet forces Maan to teach her driving. Manav sends a message to Anvesha saying he is leaving India because of her brother's threat. Anvesha realizes that Arjun sent Manav away. Anvesha forces Arjun to confess his love for her but Arjun refuses. He tells her that he only hates her because of her brother. Maan is teaching driving to Geet. They get hit by a truck on the highway and Maan gets injured.

Dev's blood can save Maan's life. Geet is contemplating whether to approach Dev or not. Dadimaa and Adi leave for Shimla. Geet is shattered. Anvesha is upset. Romeo and Manisha console her. Anvesha plans to go to the temple and pray for Maan and Arjun refuses to go along with her. Geet wonders how to approach Dev. She tries to get in touch with Dev but isn't able to. Geet finally meets Dev and begs him to save Maan's life by donating his blood. Dev agrees on one condition and Geet agrees to fulfill all his conditions. Arjun also tries to save Maan's life by requesting his friends to donate blood. Anvesha is proud of him but is shocked to know that Arjun wants to save Maan to seek revenge on him.

Dev donates his blood to Maan. Geet prays for Maan. The operation begins and is successful. Geet is happy. Geet meets Dev and thanks him. Some goons take Dev away. Dadimaa and Adi arrive. Dadimaa is shocked to know that Dev saved Maan's life by giving his blood. Maan gains consciousness. Geet is happy to see Maan out of danger. Dadimaa meets Maan. She gets emotional on seeing Maan in such a condition. Geet fears telling Maan that Dev saved his life.
