hahaha Vidya....i m trying to read the most boring thing i can find to fall asleep rt now.....but the temptation to be on th den is soo much😆 what can i do......but i bought the oils...i slept yesterday afternoon for 3 hrs....thankiess 🤗

Sin- Oh great! Did the oils work you think? THey have helped me a lot. If you concentrate on the smell, they drug you and before you know it you sleep.

The other thing you could do is if you have a bathtub, soak in a warm bath with SEASALT. The SEASALT crystals have magnesium that breaks down the tension in the muscles. THen try using the oils when you sleep. You can put a few drops of the oil mixture in the bath too.
