after going thru all posts...i am trying to find out how maan was at fault...

let me see how the day began...he woke up to see tv channels n newspapers making mincemeat of khurana khandaan, and the first thing that came into his mind is how geet will handle everything....
he called up meera but by then it was too late....

then in the office premises the media hound them and started hurling all sorts of indecent questions....and maan to protect geet and her dignity announced that he will marry her the next day and then holds her hand and takes her away from there....

then he returns home and on dadi's request....he bails dev only for 2 hours....and then geet comes dabe pao as maan said and overhears his partial convo with dadi....
if she was so hurt then she cud hv barged in right there and asked maan that how cud he betray her....
but....no she chose the office which is a public place to confront him....

she cud hv waited back in the house as maan said that he wud talk to her once he wud return from office...but, no after seeing dev...she lost all her senses of right and wrong and barged into the office and crossed all limits in insulting maan....

ok...now the major factor that is making some of us to think that maan is also at fault is that y he did not explain instead of choosing to remain silent....

talking about explanations...i guess that is the only thing maan has been doing with geet since the beginning of their relation....
this is not the first time that geet decided to leave maan...and every time it was maan who brought her back...be it on knelt knees, or be it by confessing that he cant live widout her and his life is incomplete widout her....
also...it was geet who takes off the ring given by maan at every given opportunity and it is maan who puts it back in her finger....

now...talking about trust...wat does trust mean...is it only believing in the words spoken by the other person....doesnt it mean the ability to read one's eyes...

and maan has been super successful in doing that....in the darga epi maan first time read in geet's eyes that she has developed the same feelings with which he has been fighting day and night....
and so much was his trust in geet that from day onwards he stopped fighting his emotions because he knew that geet too is in love with him....from that day onwards he concentrated on making geet confess her love for him...

after the darga epi....geet though was sure of her own feelings cudnt be sure wat maan felt for her....therein lies geet's disability to read maan's eyes the way maan can read her eyes...how can she not be sure wat maan felt for her....
all those eyeslocks, all those things that maan did for her....from saree fiasco in party to eating in dhaba for her...twice he went to pinky's place to convince her to rejoin office...the first time to boost her confidence....if it was not love then wat was it....i never heard of a boss doing this for a secretary....if anyone heard then plz tell me....the second time i admit it was maan's fault because he unduly fired her...

geet was never expressive in words in confessing her feelings for maan...but maan trusted her eyes implicitly...only in recent epis after maan's recovery from lift accident did geet became more frank....she even kissed him on that day....

wat i want to say is that maan's trust in geet goes a long way back....he was always very gud in reading her eyes...but can geet read his eyes too....i admit she heard partial convo of maan with dadi, she saw dev out of jail....and so she was angry and upset....she thot maan betrayed him by breaking his promise of punishing dev....
but wen she started hurling accusation at him in front of all ppl....cudnt she read the truth in maan's eyes....cudnt she read the pain and humiliation he was feeling....forget about reading his eyes...she was not even ready to hear in words wat he had to say....
wen she asked him if he has bailed dev...maan started to explain....but she stopped him and merely asked for a yes or no....excuse me...was it some sort of objective type of question of a school exam....if she is not ready to hear the answer then y ask....

wen maan took her to another room...many of us r saying that there maan shud hv explained everything....but for two reasons he cudnt do so....first, geet took the entire convo to another level....instead of sticking to the subject of dev she began doubting his honesty and integrity...she asked him y was he marrying her....

and the second reason is maan felt he doesnt need to explain....he is tired of explaining how much she means to him....i hv lost count how many times maan reassured her that he cant live widout her and she is the happiness of his life...so this time maan did not want to waste his energy in explaining things...wats the use...tomorrow wen another difficult situation will arise....geet will not hesitate before doubting him....

maan's sincerity and words of honesty has no value for geet....i will never forget how geet took her ring off her finger after the moon epi...she just let it pass from one hand to another till it dropped on the floor....maan had put the ring on her finger with so much love and trust...also the ring was his family heritage but for geet it had little value....that incident itself proved that geet has never given maan his due respect whereas maan has always gone out of his way to protect her izzat....

as far as trust and integrity goes....i always felt it one-sided in maneet relationship....yes, geet trusts maan but only wen things r going smoothly....

Girls... I read some debate here that both were in the wrong. I dont agree at all. This time GEET made a mistake. She should have the honesty and the conscience to admit it and make up for it.

It's convenient to twist things according to one's situation and blame it on the other's personality traits. It was with all of these traits...fully aware she fell in love with him. The actions added up differently, in MSK's favor. Maan's actions for Geet, he's always gone against his grain. His love for her...even when he didnt understand his feelings always came through above his anger, ego, rules, priorities.

She got hurt by him many times... each time he made up for it, was man enough.

She insulted Maan...NOT COOL. She came across as a thankless, ungrateful, selfish person. Perhaps she is not any of these.. but her anger and her actions played up this side of her.. I was hoping to feel she was an ignoramus... but she didnt come across that way...just an angry girl who forgot the one who loved her most.

And above all, when she's earlier said stuff that Maan's her first priority... nothing else matters...I feel it was better for her to have shut up.

Girls... usually I'm very chalta hai about the episodes.. but something about Geet really ticked me off today. cannot say what..if it was her tone or the words she said. Just really shocking...Poor choice Geet. Pointing fingers at the wrong man...whatever.

Now... she'll have to redeem herself or "I dont like Geet" officially...

My dear... this one line has stolen my heart😆...for personal reasons😆... Just fed up of and when people sneak up like that unannounced (or stalk) and make random conclusions in their favor usually..

BUT CV's vinujee agar aap sun rahen hain... I've written so many posts today..Im certain this has been a dhamkedaar episode (high TRP across the audience not just on th web)... great job... with the twist... I think you made Geet so hurtful for this reaction because you know how much MSK is loved😆.. Clever... clever... clever...👏

aditi123_78 - I read through all the analysis . Very well written all of them. But your write up struck the chord in my heart . You've said it all and spot on . People have described different understanding of Geet's emotions ..........but your 's was most realistic...today Geet has made a mistake...........When MSK had made the mistake( pregnancy truth ) ,..we were with Geet ..today I cant be neutral and say both are wrong.............NO.....It is totally GEET who is wrong today.Hope she also goes down on her knees to woo Maan back .....She takes too much self pity...Ever gave a thought what had happened in Maan's life that has made him so bitter..always putting herself first ....whereas the dialogues given to her in softer moments are completely contradictory...She doesnt live to any of those dialogues whereas MSK's character has been kept consistent....He delivers whatever he say and that's why MSK is so loved by all the fans .......Wonder what the CVs are upto .

The symbols i interpreted were

1. the rose petals are strewn between them..like their lover shattered...rose petals hold significance in their romance

2. The red dupatta - dupatta again is their talisman that gives them signs, that binds them and the shaadi ki chunri...falling on Maan did signify that the wedding is soon...also his throwing away the dupatta means to me that he is now not looking at one the relationship that he revers in a nice light for present as he has been deeply hurt and she just refused to get married to him and second her izzat that he always...upheld will be trampled and for a change he will not be the shield he always was, she will have to fend for herself

3. the taveez - the broken taveez signifies their relationship breakdown through circumstances however, the taveez will be back soon with maan.. she is the one who will put it around his neck again...

4. Maan has become the old maan and will be ruthless..he can never hurt Geet but he will leave her to her own devices..or i feel he will ensure that everywhere she goes he takes troubles out of her way without her even knowing...i donno which path he will take..but yes..he loves her too much and has an ego as well..so may be a combination of both...
