Janaki i normally keep away from quoting anyone's post but this one point compelled me to do so. I'm only answering this one because this is my expertise & i would like to dispel your misconception regarding pregnancy. I am a doctor & i can assure you that a girl does not always miscarry if she jumps around & trips and falls. The human body is resilient enough to sustain such physical shocks. How else will you explain numerous women going about their daily routine till the last days of pregnancy? Yes, everyone is advised to be careful but that does not mean that if they are not they will miscarry!!! Geet is shown to be a young, healthy, robust girl. So its perfectly justifiable that she carries the child to full term despite her running & jumping about....😊.

Am not saying being active during pregnancy is wrong, because one must be active, but falling on the floor like Geet's done three times in the show is a bit too much in my opinion. There's a difference between working out in a gym during pregnancy (which doctors agree is good) and falling to the floor clumsily. Also, two of my cousins had miscarriages in the past twice because of their carelessness and too much activeness. One must be active, but in moderation. So it is not an absurd Indian perception to be careful during pregnancy, there is also truth to the words. Am not saying you were not careful, because you obviously were since your child was born and is healthy, but Geet certainly isn't.

@everyone else,

1. What the heck. Go be a GurTi fan if you want, I honestly don't care, and neither do Guru, Debi, or Drashti. Your choice, your mentality. If you guys think I do not like Geet because of being a Gurmina fan, you need a reality check.

2. I have never watched Jyoti or that other show in my life, so I have no clue where your suppositions have come from telling me to go to those forums.😆 And neither do I plan to watch those shows. I do not watch normal daily soaps which are a time waste in my opinon. I have better things to do in my life.

3. And I did watch a lot of the Geet show. I followed almost every episode till the moment Geet revealed to Maan that she was pregnant. If you think I have no right to post my opinion on the show after this, then so be it.

And no, none of you are ready for criticism. Perhaps I was being a bit harsh, I admit it, but I've seen a lot of topics where members posted constructive criticisms, and people fired up at them at once. Face it. You all are tuned only to hear praises, not criticisms.👎🏼
