THE DEVIL'S NOTE

We Devils would like to ask certain people, as in people who dont get along with the Devil's Den residents, to stay away from the Den...yes maybe you think this is rude but WE LOVE OUR DEN and dont want our moods spoiled because of some unwanted people posting in this Den. We are people who like to have some fun and we certainly wouldnt want the atmosphere of our Den spoiled because of some unwanted people posting and spoiling everything.

Maan ki Geet: Take two!

Excellent epi today! I could not find anything wrong. 😃

In my opinion, Geet is justified in not telling Maan about Dev for the reason she has sated. His health is most important to her now. She will tell him when he is well. She never said, she wouldn't tell him, just that she would wait. If you know Geet at all, then you know she will tell him. She is not one to hold such things back. She knows it's important for Maan to know. But there is a time for everything. Now is not the time. I'm sure the CV's have other things in store and for those things to happen, this secret cannot be revealed to Maan just yet. I prefer things to peeled layer by layer, than all at once. Makes it more enjoyable.

Today the "Maan ki Geet" circle has been completed. When Maan asked Geet to tell everyone that she was his fiancee after his Maan ki Geet deceleration, she didn't. But today she, sealed the deal by declareing it herself, that she indeed belonged to him. I like that the CV's think enough to always connect things in this way. 👍🏼 I loved that Geet finally openly declares how much she loves Maan and how much he means to her.

It's obvious Maan has changed a great deal since he has met Geet. The cv's have displayed it prominently in the epi. First with the flowers then with his new found admiration of colors. Maan has changed but only for Geet. To the rest of the world he is still MSK. This was shown in his phone conversation with Adi. He was back to his authoritative and assertive self. As i said yesterday, MSK will be soft or assertive when needed.

I loved the Maan-Geet banter. It feels very nice to see them happy. Gurmeet and Drashti were superb. I honestly don't like it when Geet cries or get hurts. I was very happy to see her back to her old chirpy self.

Barry Dhillion, once again you have impressed me with your dialogues! They were awesome!!👍🏼

Finally!!! Geet calls him only Maan! Thank you! Ithought my hair might get gray before we heard it. Now lets not take a 180 turn again. He should only be Maan to her from now on!

Favorite and best line : "Joh inta anmol hai, use main kaise khone de sakti....meri sari duniya sirf yeh. yeh nahin to main nahin. Maan ki Geet." 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏

Abhinav was good today! Keep it going. I am enjoying the improvement. 👏 👏

Once again, Please feed Gurmeet (I will keep saying this until I feel that he is fit enough😆). He has lost weight and it is clearly visible.

Geet needs a new clothing style or maybe some slight changes to the designs of her outfit.

Precap : I have a feeling Maan will hear Geet. He might hear, but not say anything to her. Either he will try to put the pieces together himself or wait for her to tell him.

Over all and AWESOME episode!!!

The episode genuinely gladdened my heart and for the first time Maaneet interaction brought tears to my eyes.

Kudos to Barry for some excellent dialogues. GC and DD have made it a habit of excelling in what they do. GC was better than yesterday. AS was good too. Anju (Dadi) looks more happy playing her part maybe because it is more in character now. Karishma needs to do up her eyebrows. I was getting distracted by them.

My take on yesterday's Maaneet scenes.

Yesterday's episode served to further strengthen the foundation of Maaneet relationship. Geet continued to avoid giving the real reason for her mysterious disappearance but what she told him cannot be construed as a lie. She said she was scared seeing so many guests on the engagement day. She thought if they come to know the truth (that Dev is the culprit) how will Dadima feel (that her own grandson is responsible for ruining the life of her other grandson's would be wife; what will happen to Maan's respect (when the world knows of this quirk in fate which has made him the fiance of the mother to his brother's child). Of course she did not mention the things I added in the bracket but when the truth comes out, one can relate to these sentences and get the hidden meaning in them.

Not many could comprehend the significance of the flowers in the episode aired the day before yesterday. But the CVs have come up with a clever explanation for it. Maan tells Geet that all he detested and avoided flowers before, he is able to stand in their midst now, and that too with her, because she has taught him their importance in life. He gently reminds her of his assurance that he will stand firmly between her and all her troubles and asks her to have faith in her own courage and in his.

The scene with the doctor brought back Maan's and Geet's original characteristics, with both pulling each other's legs in front of a hapless doctor. I loved Geet's dig at the mighty Maan Singh Khurana's penchant for giving orders and not taking them. Maan is not one to taking her teasing lying down and he gives a prompt rejoinder, blaming her for disturbing him out of his room and talking non-stop. The poor doctor makes his escape before being caught between the squabbling lovers.

By the way, is Maan a super human being? The guy bounces back to work the day after being hit by a bullet. Now the guy has a near fatal accident just the day before but he seems to have recovered pretty fast and is pretty strong too, judging by the way he pulled Geet to him and was all set to seduce her with his sexy pleas to stay back with him. He may have even managed to steal a kiss from her had Dadima not arrived at the precise moment.

Dadi is still angry with Geet and made no bones to make her displeasure known. Did not realize Maan possessed so much tact. He tried to distract Dadi by discussing about the colourlessness of the hospital. Dadi is smart enough to point out that he always liked white. Come to think of it, Geet was clad in white in all their memorable moments right from the Chopra party to their confession at the wilderness. Maan was not talking of colour per se but about the colour Geet has brought into his life. Dadima seemed to sense what he implied because she retorts with a sarcastic comment about how one can have illusions of colour when one sees things through coloured glasses. This interactions shows how well Dadima and Maan understand each other. Maan steps up to defend Geet's action on the engagement day, the root cause for Dadima's misgivings. Loved how Geet assumes responsibility for her actions and was even willing to reveal her pregnant state. Considering how sensitive the issue is to her and the fact that she has refrained from revealing it unless pushed to a corner, her willingness to reveal it to Dadima shows the extent she will go to preserve Maan's image in front of his Dadima. Maan is one step ahead. He knows the pregnancy revelation at this stage when Dadima is already angry with her can only complicate matters further. Have a feeling that he is all set to assume paternity of the baby as and when they have to reveal it to the world. He still does not know that Geet has already absolved him of being responsible for her condition in her showdown at the office. He assures Dadima that Geet just went through a bout of nervousness and developed cold feet due to the presence of the large gathering. Dadima is still skeptical but what followed in the form of Geet's assurance of her commitment to Maan were the best lines of the episode. They brought tears to my eyes. She referred to Maan as her treasure, much to Maan's and Dadi's amazement. She says people have family and several relationships but her entire world is only Maan, without whom she is nothing and signs off with Maan's name for her "Maan ki Geet".

Maan is rearing to get back to work but Geet will have none of it. We have a repeat of the outhouse phone snatching scene only this one is more sensuous considering the progress they have made in their relationship since then. Geet is by now pretty used to Maan's frequent outbursts and says so too. Pity Maan has lost an able weapon to frighten the girl into submission. Now she holds the upper hand in their relationship but knowing Geet she will never misuse her hold on him. Geet's calling him by name in their tussle for the phone seems to gladden Maan's heart as he repeats it in amusement. Hope he makes it clear to her soon that he wants to be called by name only. Pity the phone has to fall and break but again this scene again shows how powerless Maan's anger really is in thwarting the determination of Geet. The only thing that can make this girl go weak in the knee now (not out of fear but out of love), is when Maan turns his charm full on. His quip later, about how can he sleep when he has to see her, was adorable to say the least and had Geet shyly smile. But the girl regains her composure pretty soon and stomps out saying she will not get fooled again.

All in all, a heartwarming episode I enjoyed to the hilt. I was wondering if there a hint of an impromptu wedding when Dadi made the comment about what guarantee was there that Geet will not get nervous again at a future engagement? The recent promo, however, dispels that notion to some extent because Maan is going to get the whole truth from the mare's mouth. Let's see what he does next.

Dear friends, we all know by now how beautiful and entertaining today's episode was and on this precious day I am missing some of my friends here so much that I don't feel like writing anything. I am so used to enjoying and debating over each episode with them that I miss their part of expressions at the moment very much. Dear friends wherever you are, loves and prayers.

I will share my thoughts with some points.

• Loved maan-geet chit-chat
• usually geet sounds sweet when she addresses "maan sir" but today she was quite loud and maybe that's why it kept echoing in my ears
• Loved when geet in her obvious remorse got all self-encouraging and kept assuring herself with her nods. Lovely!
• Dev's recent acting, expressions and even the character in the story has started to touch us. I have no problem he getting all nice if and only if he never comes between maanet. BTW, dev didn't yet come to any conclusion about how to solve the baby issue. He is so busy being a cupid. Lets see how it turns out to be.
• Dadi , I am proud of her, really. She made the most excellent head of the khurana family. She didn't support it when she thought geet was unfair to maan. Then again, she cared for the happiness of her family. Wisdom, the jewelry of the elderly.
• NT, quite worried about her. She would get most vulnerable now that she has no other options left to keep geet away from maan. Wonder what she would end up doing.

Dear geet team, thank you all so much for the continuing entertainment. Before watching geet I was never a fan of week days but now, we all are. You did wonders to so many people, so many hearts and souls that we can never stop thanking you. It means much more than you'll ever know and so much more than it shows.
