@Rikks - read ur post and its SENSE! N Yes. We r all entitled to difference of opinion. Respect bhi hona chahiye. I tend to tell it lyk it is. Yesterday, the respect I wud expect was missing here. Not only for me but, for the CVs - which i found rather unkwel. This particular TEAM deserves waaaay betta.

@Nargis - u may welcome my posts, but i don't think most others do. Purpose of forum is to engage not "ignore". Then again am not blameless, i know i am rude! N sarcasm is not every crowd's cuppa tea. Don't worry am not offended. Thickskin hai! But, i don't believe in doing things that r pointless either.
