when you really love someone or something beyond your imagination, no matter how much the person hurts you ... you learn to forgive them.... not for their sake ... but for yours ...!!!
this post is more about what should have been rather than what was ....
Scene 1:
Geet not seeing maan was expected-but her justifying the whole thing to the nurse was kinda outta the line...
what i would have liked instead would have been her debating with herself, or pondering over why Maan never turned up, why she felt he was around and why he had left her all by herself to deal with her problems ....
Scene 2:
Geet and NT
This one was straight out of a K-soap-but it was the need of the hour, they didnt want dadi to be the bad one in the current scheme of things, and hence they used evil-tara to break the news to Geet-and they suddenly chose to gift her with presence of mind as she twists the story and says Maan sent it to her-
Geet was stupid when she admitted she had didnt want to abort her child-NT was the last person who needed to know that, ulta she even got a chance to tell Geet how stupid she was, in her emotion Geet lets out the biggest truth of their relationship-the taveez!
i didnt like the fact that, geet actually almost allowed someone else decide the fate of the taveez and her relationship with maan...👎🏼 i agree she has been sad and dejected .... but the last person you would choose to share these things with is your enemy .. this was not the geet handa who decided to track maan thro his mobile phone ...
Scene 3:
Geet and the ring...
When she could feel her presence around her all this while, the emotion they should have focussed on while he was resting there , was the one where she tries her best to look for him-may be call his office, his mobile and other places where she could possibly find him-a man who got into the lift a couple of hours back had disappeared, istead of trusting her instincts, she makes her state even more miserable ... she decides to take the ring off... not cool Miss Handa .. why the hell were you even trying ... and who were you all set to believe? a woman who called her own husband her BIL for a couple of bucks??? thank god the ring wouldnt come out- what if it did? was it the end of ur relationship ... i get it .. i totally get it, you were sad, you were flustered .. but whatever happened to your instincts....
Scene 4:
Geet and the kids
yes, this one was straight out of Kasauti Zindagi Kay, Kaisa yeh pyar hai .. and loads of other k soaps i could name ... but but but ... here is another thought that came into my mind ....
kahin yeh bacchey Maan ke toh nahi ??? she called both of them daanav and she immediately linked it back to maan! the kids calling Aditya Chachu also sort of put this thought in my head .....
while her own child drove her away from maan, will his children manage to bring her close to him once more?
i am confused here, why does she smile when the paint falls on the taveez?
reluctance:
when Adi goes inside, she doesnt want to take the responsibility of the kids, but as soon as he leaves she decides to sit with them.. does that mean geet would be more accepting towards Maan's past than he was towards hers?
Either ways, the balance has tilted again in favor of Maan .... if geet had scored 2-0 in the past one week, today maan came up to 2-2!
may be its a deliberate attempt to show, both of them after all are human!!
either ways ... the episode ... i thought lacked depth .. the pain also didnt come out the way i would have wanted it ....
i could tell, this is the the scene, paper pe isey aise likha hoga, lekin screen pe aatey aatey uska essence kahin whoosh!! gayab ....!!
As much as i liked jay in kayamath .. this hero waali entry was soooo not needed at this point in time ...!! while Maan is struggling with life ... who would wanna see a guy bathing flexing his muscles ... there were other ways of making his presence felt .. the way they did with Meera... she slowly made a place ... well may be i am speaking too early .....
