prediction - short time memory loss

I am wondering now that when Geet has blamed Dev and the truth is coming out in front of everyone and Maan is in lift which is falling down, what if Maan gets hurt and suffers from short time memory loss ;-)? mebbe he will forget whatever happened between Geet and him.....no one knows that Maan knows her past and he was ready to accept her with her past....Adi and Pinky's dad thinks that Maan does not know that Geet is pregnant.....so when is everything is about to get sorted Maan even forgets that he used to love Geet and then he will start hating her that she ran away on the day of their engagement and then she might be forced to hide the truth from him because the doctor has advised them not to give him any kind of stress.....so in that way may be even Dev will not be able to help Geet and NT will take full advantage of it.....may be now Sameera might come back.....this might sound stereo typical but I am not able to believe that Maan and Geet will get united this soon....
