@An, oh yes I totally forgot about Vicky (please dont hate me An 😆). But MSK and Dadi kept on saying, chota bhai....chota bhai, in front of her and she still never bothered to know his name. 😆 Of course we know why. 😉 Seriously, Geet has no idea about MSK's family history or his personal history. She never even bothered to ask him why he hated women so much. How can she not be curious about his mysterious life. 😆 He lived in outhouse for 6 months when his palace is half empty, she met him in HP where he lived in a tent, he hated women, was always so rude to her, his parents are no where to be seen, etc etc.........and Geet has no curiosity at all. 😆

@Gouri- If my husband had a strong romantic past, a turbulent affair, I would want to know of it, so that it does not come as a shock later, and so that I dont have to hear it from someone else. Also, besides Dadi, how is it that NO ONE ELSE, including Dev were conveniently unaware of it in the earlier episodes. Now suddenly in Fridays episode, Dev knows Maan has a past. What CRAP😆. It does not matter if the past has no bearing on the future. It was an important event and there should atleast be a mention of it. He does not have to give her the whole sordid story.

@Gouri, Jyo, I partially agree when you people say that MSK's past with Sam, love or no love, has no effect on his present or future. Yes, Geet's past has definitely more impact in her present and future compared to MSK's past, but if Sam is even partially responsible for current MSK's character, them somewhere it did have an impact on his present na, if not his future (as geet changed him).

Anvi: Me do not hate you but do not like you either for forgetting the Real Man: The man of substance of this show 😆😆😆. On a serious note, the story took a back seat and it all became about Geet and Mann and their chemistry and romance leading to the engagement. May be the actors' unavailability is a blessing in disguise to concentrate on the story, making Geet and Mann evolve and their relationship becoming strong.

Knowing Geet even she would be eager to know about MSK's past if such colorful details did come out in future!! Wouldn't she ask him u told me truth & honesty & trust is the basis of all relationship & I told u everything but u didn't tell me?? Now I have to deal with ur past?? Definitely she won't be a happy person!

@All:See MSK telling Geet about his past depends on how strong his past was and how strongly it could affect his present and future commitment with his current lifepartner..if you'll remember when Maan fell for Geet,he knew that Geet had a past but he was never interested in listening to her past..he even told her that "I m not interested in your past..its your wish..whether u want to confide in me or not"....So MSK never pushed Geet to know about her past....Its Geet who decided to tell him about her past becasue it will affect their present and future....for MSK trust is more to do with present and not past...reason why MSK never felt its necessary to tell Geet about his past....MSK is a straightforward guy like Lana said..but at the same time he follows his own mind and heart..he takes his own decisions and has his own beliefs...mayb thats his weakness as well because he never considers that some of his decisions might affect others...so that sort of answers why he never shared his past with Geet and mayb once he comes to know about Dev being involved..he might feel its time I talk about my past too...so I guess we need to wait and watch how this goes...

The past of Mann, I assume, completely altered his persona: how can it become insignificant in the present.
