@Opti - Ur analysis sounds good only if we had known & seen about MSK in the past! Don't u think u assumed a lot about his behaviour & past? I will comment only when they show something.Right now I am going by his character sketch!
All of us are guessing here. No one knows Maan's real past. My guesses were based on what they have been showing, through Dadima's lines or Maan's line. Dadima mentioned the 'guna' thing for Sameera. Since Geet is pregnant, I thought they may bring in a contrast between her and Sam here and an abortion is considered a guna especially by people of Dadi's generation.
Anjaan Ehaas can still be explain if Maan had an affair or was married to Sameera becuase what he feels for Geet could be different from what he felt for Sam.
Maan clearly mentioned while thinking about his feelings for Geet that he has not got close to a woman since Sameera.
Maan is a closed book. He does not share his life with anyone. Even with Dadima whom he is close it took him forever to confide about Geet.
More recently he told his bro that he has learnt to put his bitter past and enjoy life again. This he said it in the context of his engagement. So this again hints that he had something more in his past than a casual fling or a loveless marriage.
So my speculation is based on all this. While the way the story had progressed since my initial guess that Sameera could have aborted his child, leads me to doubt my own conclusions, the rest are still very much open to interpretation.
Well, what course the show will take is anybody's guess. We will have to wait and see and till then the speculation will go on. Not that I am keen to keep justifying my 'selective' understanding of characters. This will be my last word on this topic.
