I think fans go crazy under pressure for their star falling ill and rumors are rife!! I would just leave it at that.

and even if Sameera track does get introduced, imagine all the CONfusion and CONfrontation. It would be fun...😆.

The CV's might get their TRPs with all these CONflicting, Intertwined storylines!! 😆😆😆
