In a daily soap world there is not much time to fine-tune an actor's expressions and the basic acting..it has to come natural...especially the scenes where he is suppose to show shock or guilt...episode shoots r done on a very short time limit ...thats why even film stars admit that its difficult to work in a daily soap and much easy to do one film in 6 months where u can hv workshops for fine tuning...thats not the case in daily soaps...so u should b automatically fine tuned to give at least the basic expressions...and in this show even side characters like Adi or Sasha or even Nayantara r all so fine actors...even the servant Nakul is doing a better job here😆..so I can't really hold the director responsible here for Abhi's expressionless act when I hv seen him deliver the goods in HP episodes..its only recently he is looking so lost..so something is wrong with the actor here..mayb he wants his character to become positive but he is not able to get into the skin of this positive character ....Originally posted by: an12345678
The director is equally responsible for the actor's expressionless act. He needs to fine-tune his acting if the performance is below-par. I'll become the silent observer again.
