Niha beta- exercise tips?? walking u do....so it is good!! Eats loads of fruits.....drink loads of water....and i mean loads of water....i drink about 10 bottles of water in a day...and that is still not enough....
Eat salads.....a balanced breakfast.....
main thing EAT.....u need to eat to have that brain running.....
for example
go for a walk....come home and drink orange juice....shower.....and then eat milk and cereal.....half hour later....eat an apple......and then another half hour....another fruit....then later u can have salad.....for lunch....and then eat a little for dinner....but through out the day...drink LOT OF WATER!!
u can follow some where along these lines.....but everyone has different diet plans.
