Beauty and the Beast ( U/ A)

The film while retaining the charm of a fairytale romance, has been made in 3D. A handsome prince is turned into a beast by an Enchantress, who after seeing no love in his heart for others, gives him a curse.

The only way to break the spell is to earn the love of the love he loves before the last petal of his enchanted rose falls. The rose will bloom till his 21 st birthday. Years later the beast traps Maurice, an inventor for trespassing on his property. His daughter Belle, a bookworm who dreams of life outside her provincial village, finds him in the castle and offers herself instead of him. The Beast accepts it with a promise that she'll stay in the castle forever. Initially, Belle sees him as nothing more than a monster and he thinks she is stubborn.

However, romance blooms and finally, beast turns into a handsome prince. The film would appeal to children.
