First of all Ann,Thankyou so much for taking the initiative of bringing this topic up.😳WAS VERY MUCH NEEDED. Now coming to the issue.Its not the first time that some channel has done the "CHOPPING" of "simple and subtle" scenes that they THINK will do NO good for their "TRPs". 🥱. The secret recipe of running a SUCCESSFUL show or even gettin' HIGH TRPs is : CONNECTION between the storyteller and the audience. You can show all the glam/item songs/random nonsense scenes but you js CANNOT manage to glue a group of mature audience until and unless they FEEL the CONNECTION with the story. This is the reason, when you EDIT a specific scene abruptly...the audience gets "What the hell js happened?" moment.In other words, the INTENSITY/VISION with which the director/storyteller is trying to project the storyline or the characterization to the audience gets DISTURBED. Hence, people dont FEEL connected to neither the story or the character....which ultimately leads to Loss of audience. and If people wont WATCH your show...HOW in the world would you be able to gain or even retain your daym TRPs??🥱😕
If a scene is SIMPLE...it doesnt mean its TRASH . Simplicity speaks volume. Simple is substantial.You should know better . More than ANYTHING the audience cherish scenes that make SENSE and are close to REALITY. For instance, Me as an audience, prefer to watch any "art" film rather than watching some random /senseless GLAM movie ANYDAY. Mainly becausethey are CLOSE to reality. I watch a show for its ORIGINALITY, CONTENT and MOST importantly, THE VISION behind the whole plot. Up until last week , I was NEVER disappointed with how Geet was building up. Its since last week or so that i felt that the CONNECTION which i used to feel while watchin' the show or even the characters is MISSING BIG TIME. Usually, the DETAILING factor of this show has been EXCELLENT...buh these days THAT is the one major concern for me. There is NO DETAIL WHATSOEVER . The scenes are rushing up at the speed of light...WHY?? may be bacause the "editing" department wants to squeeze EVERYONE in one episode. WHY would you have to do THAT??
Dev-Myra are FINE. I find their scenes OKEY if not GREAT. BUT, here a BIG BUT, I would certainly NOT appreciate them cutting off in between Maan-Geet. I gets extremely ANNOYING when a perfectly SENSIBLE maneet scene is ruined by them popping on the screen without any significant contribution in moving the storyline forward. 🥱
and now the certain "SOCIAL"group. 😕THEY js fascinate me with their REASONING ABILITIES.and the channel is BUTCHERING scenes to PLEASE them ??? SERIOUS???🤢😕🥱WOW....I would say TRY that ...You shall be getting the answer from the AUDIENCE real soon in the only languageyou seem to understand: THE TRPs.😳
I dont think that i need to elaborate on what happened to the other shows ,for instance MJHT and the LEGEND DMG as a matter of fact. If the audience will NOT get the idea behind the scene..they will NOT relate to it, and if they will NOT relate to it , they will NOT FEEL the essence of the scene and if they wont FEEL it , then they will feel SHALLOW about it, and quit watching the show...and if they wont be watchin' Geet ...then WHY do you think they will watch your CHANNEL??🥱(O i almost forgot ...the channel has other " shows" to offer eh??? O Wellll..... *Roll eyes* 🤢)
LONG STORY SHORT:
Trust your own shows. Trust the people who work day and night to put on a great show, trust the idea, Trust the visions behind the story and most importantly, TRUST YOUR AUDIENCE.😳
If YOU will NOT let THEM down , THEY will NOT let YOU down.😃
