Everyone is wondering why Maan didnt stand by Geet... BUT if he would have accepted her truth without any hesitation or reaction, then IMHO it would reek of hypocrisy. He's a man, a good man but with expectations.
The woman he is in love with is pregnant by another man, this is NOT a small thing to digest...no matter what the reason may be it takes time to understand and accept..and that too is possible only if someone cares enough.
It is his goodness his strength of character that allows him to rise above his thoughts and bring back his girl BUT if he didnt even think for a moment about her having been with someone else before then that would be kind of silly...especially since she is pregnant with the child.
He said what was in his heart, he was being honest about how he felt. He came back and realized how he was not doing the right thing, but if he did the right thing the very first time he wouldnt be a man...
Both Geet and Maan are right in their places.. geet has every right to feel let down, someone she trusted and loved seemingly didnt stand by her tell her the things she wanted to so badly hear... what she doesnt know is he didnt tell her these things YET... he will but only after ....he slays his demons as well, he has to live with this fact and he was being honest and perhaps very emotional.

the truth probably lies somewhere between the above jazz and the fact that there has to be a mini climax for a friday for its a desi daily. Drama kahan se aayega, railway station bhagna, use dhoondhna, phir waapas lekar aana..ladki ka rona dhona, zindagee ke saamne khara hona😆 and all that.
